I am giving a 4-star here based mainly on the efficiency of delivery, I think if fragrance delivery handles distribution for other small businesses, they will be 5-star at that. For the product, there is already a caveat in place on product quality which I believe is outside the control of the seller, but the much they can control, it's 5-star performance. On product quality, you have to keep an open mind, it will never be 100. I in fact think they are all knockoffs, not rejects as I have an original of what I bought and compared based on the authenticity of the packaging and the perfume bottle (not even the perfume itself, the difference is huge, but that was as expected ).

I had a few hiccups on the way, but the service provided was excellent. Would recommend Fragrance Deliver.

It was incredible how i ordered on the 25th Aug and i got my package on 26th Aug 2022.I liked the speed as well as the staff who were responsive on WhatsApp.

The delivery was quick,nice packaging but the perfume I bought does not last longer.

I have been waiting for my order for the past two weeks. The 1st time I order service was good received my perfume with no issues. The second time around even communication is poor up till today I haven't received my order I keep following up zero communication

I ordered Chloe for females. The order
came after 3days, when I open the package the bottle was almost empty and the carton was wet with perfume. When I check, it leaked through the lid. There is no spray thing. I told them about this disaster and they didn't bother themselves. The smell doesn't last and the packaging is cheap. I lost my money.

I'm giving 4 stars because when I expected all items only one was delivered and no one cared to explain that the other item will be delivered later. Communication is key. The Alien perfume I bought have a lasting smell thank you for that. The jean is quality. I'm surely buying again.
