I paid for next day appointment since 7th of June. I lost hundreds of pounds because of these people.

They lie and said I will get appointment later in the day since then I still have not received my appointment.

Email from Alex below when I request refund

“We are sorry to inform you that your all the documents were approved except your one document which is your appointment letter from the embassy we were supposed to get it before one day from the date of appointment but now we are supposed to get it today till evening so please be patience by that time definitely we will get in touch with you .”

I am still waiting for the date and time and my trip was for 24th June today.

I have never felt so disgusted in my life that a company would actually steal from innocent people.

100 percent fraud very very carefull this site.

They delivered as promised, and luckily for me i have a visa now and I'm traveling this Thursday.

I had a good experience with them. However, I was not able to get my visa appointment within the time which was mentioned by them. They didn't answer the calls sometimes.

It's a fraud. They took payment for an express service and then gave excuses and vague answers via email for the next 3 weeks. I've missed my trip because they were unable to get an appointment or even give me a date on when they could confirm it.

I am considering reporting them to consumer court, as they are probably also scamming a lot of other people.

They helped me. I was apprehensive initially. the email trails were handled professionally and they did what they said they would do. I am thankful.

Its a fraud, not heard anything after I paid my money, all e mails bounce back, all calls go to voice mail.( make about 30 calls over 1 week)
I visited the address listed on the website 160 City road London and they have never heard of them. Its just a virtual office.
on my pay pal account the company listed Chrystaltech E solutions are just a web page designer.
DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
if I'm wrong them I'm sure they will contact me and ask for an apology , watch this space

My wife and I wanted to apply for a French visa from UK. We simply could not get an appointment to submit the applications. In desperation I came to this agency. Reading the comments, I was convinced that we would lose our money.
First surprise, they got us an appointment for 23rd April from Edinburgh. We went thinking there may be some catch. There was none. We applied and were worried that the visas may not arrive in time, we had only five working days before travel.
I asked this agency for updates and they replied to every email within 15 minutes.
Today, we got 2 year multiple entry schengen visas.
I am an Emeritus Professor at Newcastle University and travel very frequently.
I have never seen a better visa service!
I would recommend this agency without reservation.

I echo the comments about this site being a scam. Look at the names of those writing good reviews, they're all Indian, its all been paid for by services that specialises in writing false reviews. AVOID!!!!, ive logged a dispute with the Bank, they're looking into this company.

Everything was handled smoothly in an efficient manner. I had a good experience and will recommend to others as well.

Initially I thought it was a scam haven seen the review, but I was surprised I got prompt response and excellent service. Telephone is a bit slow but online was fantastic. They helped with booking confirmation, hotel booking and flight reservations all within just 3days. It was an incredible service👍

I planned to surprise my fiancé who is working in France. It seemed a tedious task to get my Visa immediately. But your services provided the right support and I got hassle-free France Visa!

Definitely Yes (give them a chance)....I felt it was value for Money.... Bad review scared me too but I had no option, as I called so many agencies but no luck.

- I didn't get the next day appointment but got it within 3 days instead on 16 days as on TLSContact website. (I had to change forms so many times so it’s not their fault completely)
- Communication channel was always open so if I dropped an email I did get response.
- Team was on the money

- Landline number was always busy so it was difficult to get hold of them over the phone but email was spot on

I saw all these reviews written down and I really wonder if it it is true... I got so much anxiety after I paid that I cancelled my ferry tickets. These guys came through. So I write to all agencies including this one . All agencies had an appointment 4 days after my planned travel date which did not work for me. (April 16 ) this one said they could get me an appointment in the 1st week of April . So I paid £138 for 2 visa appointments. On Thursday morning . I was in touch with them the whole day and because of all these reviews more so anxiety filled emails . They did not get me an appointment on the same day so I was sure these reviews were true. By Friday afternoon I thought I lost my money and cancelled my ferry tickets as I would have lost it if I did not and in the evening this agency sent me an appointment for 10:45 for 1st if April . One of the reviews said that they got the appointment but it was not valid ... so you can imagine how my weekend went ... however they were very much genuine . I had to pay another £190 for all the services I opted for priority ... and the money you pay these guys do not include the visa charges it’s only for booking appointments. I did not mind as this trip is very important for me and the date had to be the same day as I am celebrating my birthday in Paris . Thank you for helping me out . You guys have been very professional.

I have given my money and they have my passport information. It's an absolute fraud. Please do not trust these guys. They are a biggest scammers. I have been trying to call them but no response.

Absolutely fraudulent! Do not give them your money. Their Google reviews are all fake (made by themselves, most likely).
Please be wary of these criminals!

Totally fraud! Do not put your information! DO NOT FILL THE FORM! THEY WILL USE YOUR PASSPORT NUMBER AND MAKE YOU CANNOT APPLY REAL VISA!

i followed their website IP address, it is located in India. and it not company at all . the service for getting visa is free and organised by TLScontact

Fraud! Money paid and nothing back apart from the sentence: 'ok, will get back to you soon'.

It is a SHAME and very PATHETIC for those people earning money by fraud.

Absolutely fraudulent beware!!! They didnt offer me a date as promised. I had to go with another agency. when I requested a refund, I was told i could only get 50% . and even that I didnt receive. Luckily I paid via paypal and was able to get a full refund eventually. Pure scammers. DOnt use this website!!!
