I placed two orders (#U898915 and #U899622) and after just one use, several items were ruined even though I washed them exactly as instructed.
I contacted customer service with videos and photos, but haven’t received a helpful response.
For the price, the quality is shockingly low. I’d appreciate a refund or replacement and better customer care

BE WARNED, their prices and return/exchange process changed!

I used to purchase swimsuits from this company a few years ago and never had an issue. Also their prices were more reasonable. Fast forward to now and things changed. First their prices are insane and they changed their return/exchange process to make it more difficult for no reason at all. I recently purchased a matching top and bottom but the bottoms were too big, so I thought no biggie I’ll just submit an exchange request online like I have before. Nope, they only allowed a return with no option to exchange for a different size. You have to create a new order. The issue is that I used a discount code on it and just because I want to exchange for a different size they won’t match the price, so it didn’t make sense to pay more just because I want a different size. I decided to just return to top also sadly even though I really liked the style. Never shopping here again.

My biggest issue with this brand is the cost compared to quality and even their size chart. I took the time to measure myself and triple check that the size I was getting was correct and yet despite their size chart, the top was too small and the bottoms were HUGE. My other issue is I went to return it, I returned it via mail not even 3 days later and yet it took a month to receive my money back. For transparency, I paid 225, received July 5th, returned July 7th and just got my refund August 25th.

Damaged items and customer support will ignore you

I was really excited about my order from Frankie’s Bikinis, but unfortunately my dress arrived damaged. It had a hole in it which I don’t expect from a $300 dress. I immediately reached out to their customer service team, but despite multiple attempts, I have received no response at all.
It’s very disappointing to spend so much money on a product only to have it arrive defective and then be completely ignored when asking for help.

No refund, no reply, and comments deleted

I returned part of my order and only received a partial refund. Despite emailing customer service twice over the last two weeks, I have had no response.
Reading other reviews here, I can only confirm that this company does not reply to customer inquiries and even deletes public comments pointing out issues. I am now trying to resolve the matter through my bank with a chargeback. Very disappointing experience.

No merchandise ever received & no customer service available

I spent $710.20. I’ve received nothing from them! I’ve called 10+ times and their phone lines are disabled due to high call volume. I’ve emailed them, asked for a Supervisor to call me- nothing! I feel completely scammed, this company is horrible! I reported them to the FTC for fraud! Do not do business with this horrible company

Avoid dresses no matter what but honestly maybe all together?

The only reason I put two stars is because I have gotten a handful of items from Frankie’s that have been good quality and loved the clothes/swimsuits. However, I have bought two dresses from them and both dresses were incredibly cheap and one had a hole in it. My most recent purchase from them included the dress with the hole and the fabric and construction of the dress were a total disaster. It was labeled final sale so I emailed them to ask if I can please return the damaged item…after 3 emails they asked me to send them photos of the damaged items. Since sending the photos I have heard absolutely nothing from them…I have sent over 10 emails, commented on their Instagram, called, you name it and no response at all. Terrible customer service. A few girls on Instagram saw my comments and are now messaging me about how difficult of time they are having too. Whatever you do, don’t buy a dress from them. Maybe avoid totally due to the horrific customer service?

I returned my order and have yet to receive any response despite multiple emails and comments. To make matters worse my comments on social media were deleted!!! For a company selling $200 swimsuits I expected a much higher level of professionalism and support!

I never order again!!!

I wanted to reach out multiple times to ask the staff about returning policies and help according to my order. I orderd the wrong size and wanted to exchange an item. I‘ve never got an answer. Very disappointing. I will NEVER purchase anything again.

DHL messed up the delivery of my order

DHL messed up the delivery of my order. They offered no help in trying to figure out what went wrong. I contacted DHL daily for about a week they told me the sender had requested a return and when I called FB out they just kept telling me they hadn't. So I'm very confused. They went out of their way to make me feel as though I'm being unreasonable pushing for a resolution. The live chat operator keeps hanging up on my chat straight away. I'm literally appalled and still haven't got my order, replacement order or money back.

Pathetic overpriced cheap quality clothing.

This ridiculously stupid and scammy shop is unethical and so is ugly af bloated Gigi and botoxed frozen loser bella hadid for endorsing this overpriced cheap SHEIN level shop.

This shop is delusional if they believe they can sell their cheap POLYESTER SHEIN level quality clothing made of synthetic polyester for $130+.

They purposely leave the material that the clothing are made of out of the description for this very reason online.

They are unethical and literally hide the fact of what their clothing are made of. It’s polyester by the way.

This company is a joke, and the owner is a dumba*ss grifter scammer.

Literally if you’re going to be dropping $130+ on any clothing item, you better make sure they’re transparent about the quality, unlike these cheap a*ss losers who literally hide the fact that all of the clothing are made of cheap synthetic polyster!!!! You won’t know that by going on their website, as they don’t mention material anywhere!!!!

Also final sale items are literally the SAME price as they were when they were not on sale.. and they’re non exchangeable or refundable (how desperate).
Also, after reading their reviews they’re clothing sizes are inaccurate (probably cause they use cheap material to make their SHEIN level overpriced clothing) so you can’t return your overpriced trash if it doesn’t fit right (which it probably won’t - can’t trust SHEIN level clothing).

The owner (and the loser influencers who endorse this crap) should be PUNCHED in the throat for having the audacity to overcharge for SHEIN level clothing and hide the material they’re clothing are made from, from consumers.

Super unethical. Frankie’s Bikinis is overpriced cheap trash clothing.

Spend your money elsewhere, there are plenty of better shops that offer legit quality that you will be getting back in return for the same price.

I ordered a bikini top and bottom for…

I ordered a bikini top and bottom for my daughter on black Friday. The bottoms were a little to small so I requested an exchange/refund on January 6th. I was denied as it was outside of the 30 day return policy. For the cost of the swim suit you would think they would have better customer service! Never ordering from Frankies again!

Do not order from Frankie’s Bikinis

Do not order from Frankie’s Bikinis. I ordered from them on November 22nd. It is now December 17th and still no delivery. They finally emailed me back today to say that the earliest they’d ship it would be the 30th of January next year. The shipping estimate said 9 days at most and they expect me to wait 2 months. I’d recommend anyone to go with literally any other brand over Frankie’s bikinis.

A frustrating and stressful shopping experience

I ordered a couple of things from Frankie’s Bikinis online, but after trying them on decided to return them because I didn’t think it was worth paying £400 for clothes that were made of an uncomfortable synthetic material. Of course I sent them back in perfect condition with all the tags.

Then I waited for a refund. Finally after a few weeks went by I hadn’t received a refund so I contacted their customer services team who told me they had received the items back and I should expect a full refund. After another few weeks went by - and still no refund - I contacted customer services again who told me they were going to refund me £390. So even though they had told me I could expect a full refund, they decided to keep £10 - with no explanation why! I was annoyed at this but since I had waited so long for a refund just wanted my money back at this stage.

But, alas, even though they said they had refunded me, I still didn’t receive the money back. Finally I got bored of messaging them asking where my refund was so I put in a claim with my bank who - fortunately! - credited me with the money. After this stressful experience I won’t be shopping here again.

would never buy from them again

placed an order for a trip 2 or 3 weeks in advance with the shipping guarantee of 4-9 business days. my package took about 33 days to be delivered total (so i guess 26 business days) and was shipping from a warehouse. ordered it may 24th, it arrived june 27th. they falsely advertise as being eco friendly and i won’t be buying from them again and you shouldn’t either !
