Excellent communication by post, email and also by telephone when I had questions about the process. The team were so friendly and approachable I would highly recommend their services.

I was contacting out of the blue by Ben at Fraser and Fraser about the passing of a member of my family I knew nothing about.
Thinking it was a hoax I had several conversations with Ben who assured me it was true and I learned I had a massive branch of my family I knew nothing about. I received good, regular communication from Fraser and Fraser.
I am looking forward to receiving my family tree and hope to make contact with some of my long lost family.

Contacted about a cousin who I had no idea had died. Has taken a while but this is to be expected when trying to contact long lost relatives.

my alleged fathers surname was Harford , not Chapman.

I realise this can be a very long process for Fraser and Fraser and would have appreciated more regular updates, that said receiving my family tree has been a bonus.

The company is very professional and always keep you up to date with what is happening with the case.

Initially there is regular contact to secure forms and commitment from Fraser & Fraser, but after that hardly any updates or communication. Fully appreciate that they are a commercially driven company, but a one line email as an update should not be beyond them. After twenty months from their first phone call, I received a letter from a third party (Halifax Bank) that Fraser & Fraser were no longer acting in my matter, nothing from Fraser & Fraser to date. Disappointing and unprofessional.
