Both the shipper and the consignee address were incorrect on the BOL and pallet label, even though I provided them correctly. I went round and round with the customer service person, and she finally got them corrected and sent me the correct docs. However, when I checked the website just now, it still shows the wrong person's name on the shipper info. That's not critical and I'm not going to ask for another correction, but I'm disappointed that even after such a degree of care was taken, it's still wrong. We've used FreightQuote on multiple occasions in the past and never had this much trouble.

I wish you could repeat a previous order, but otherwise great.

Good, but would be better with a few upgrades. Particularly the ability to save a list of previously/commonly shipped items. We sell parts online and are often shipping the same item, with same dimensions and weight. We should be able to just choose from a list.
