Never ever use this company ,they are a complete joke .
Paid for delivery on 2/12 no show after spending whole day in house .E mailed at 4.30pm to confirm delivery still happening,not even the courtesy of a reply .E mailed again at 9pm to advise delivery was a no show and request a full refund .Still no reply to that e mail .Called am today waited 15 mins then answered and said unable to track the order with courier .No apology just said ok will give refund .Have requested e mail to confirm refund and will see if recieved .Pathetic customer service no response to e mails ,judge for yourselves if you think this a professional way to run a company and customer service .
Further to your reply ,you conveniently do not mention why you did to respond to 2 e mails ,that is what customer service is about .Taking responsibility for your own failure and not blaming the courier company .

Excellent products. Timely deliver.

Products arrived as described and well packaged. Coffee mousse actually tasted like coffee, and the flours are perfect for making tasty bread.

I have now placed two orders and both arrived bang on time, well packed and in very good condition. Items have long BBE dates and they do some lovely treats that aren't available here. Really good company

Faultless service - I made quite an unusual order (5x Marie Quiche Lorraine) with a specified delivery date of 10 days later. I was worried that the stock levels or the long lead time would cause issue, but the products arrived on time just as requested. When I emailed the day before expected delivery to confirm dispatch, I received a prompt and polite reply. Would definitely recommend, and will use again!

Excellent service, in these difficult times, it's good to know that I can order my French 'must haves'.

Speed delivery and items well packed. I've tried the T55 flour and liked the results, yet to try the brioche mix. A friend recommended me to visit. A must for Francophiles!

My second order with Frenchclick, and again, very pleased with their service and excellent products. Being able to choose a delivery slot is so helpful.

This outfit has deteriorated significantly. Customer service is very combative & unhelpful. Telephone unanswered. Orders are altered without informing the customer & then excuses made when this is queried. This review has been written based on the last 2 experiences so it’s not a one off. Orders are packaged poorly with no common sense applied therefore goods arrived damaged. Very disappointed. Please consider before ordering.

This was an excellent first experience with French Click. My partial refund was instant . Goods arrived on my specified date. I will make more purchases now I trust the site. Happy Customer:)

Further to my telephone request for information regarding an item which was positive. I purchased this item and because I live on other side of the country I had to have this item delivered.

I searched the internet for this white vinegar and was surprised to find it in London. The delivery was excellent and would recommend this company.

I used to purchase online with French Click for 12 years and I really like their products.
I faced an issue with one item reference that I recently ordered and I contacted for the first time the Customer Service to raise the issue. My claim was handled quickly and efficiently. I received a prompt resolution from Alban. I will place an order again with them and I recommend this retailer for French products.

Great products, a particular fan of Liptonic. Which we haven't found sold in the UK yet. Delivery excellent - we chose when it would be delivered, then got a text on the say with the timeslot.

The only comment I might make is that the packing materials are not particularly environmentally friendly. So that might be one way french click can improve.

I don’t take leaving negative reviews lightly, but after repeated issues with French Click, I feel compelled to speak out, especially for the sake of others who might unknowingly put their health at risk.

I’ve ordered from French Click in the past but stopped due to ongoing problems. Recently, I decided to give them another chance as my son requested French food for his birthday. Unfortunately, nothing has improved.

I placed a large order including some perishable items including : garlic sausage, merguez sausages, and pork rillettes. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, 5th August before noon. It didn’t arrive. Tracking showed a delay, and the parcel was finally delivered the next morning, Wednesday 6th August.

One of the boxes containing perishable goods was severely damaged—ripped open and leaking. The items were packed with a single small foil ice pack and wrapped in I layer of basic bubble wrap, with no insulation whatsoever. When I checked the temperature using two infrared thermometers, the readings ranged from 18.5°C to 20°C, far above the safe storage temperature of 4°C stated on the packaging of each food.

To make matters worse, the melted ice pack had soaked alot of the box, ruining other items including a 10kg bag of T55 flour.

When I contacted French Click, they insisted the food was still safe to eat, even after I sent clear photographic and video evidence of the damage and temperature readings. This advice is not only irresponsible, it directly contradicts manufacturer guidelines and basic food safety standards.

After some back and forth, they agreed to send areplacements. It arrived yesterday, on time, but again, the box was damaged, some items were incorrect, and the perishable goods were packed in the same inadequate way. The ice pack was fully melted and warm, and the food registered temperatures between 20°C and 23.5°C—even worse than before.

French Click claims their ice packs keep food safe for 48 hours, but they are clearly ignoring the ice pack manufacturer’s instructions, which specify that this only applies when used with there insulated boxes and bags. French Click uses no insulation.

I contacted them again this morning with fresh evidence, but have yet to receive a response. Based on past experience, I expect they’ll once again claim the food is safe to eat.

Please do not order perishable items from this company. If you do, inspect them thoroughly. If the ice pack is melted and the food is warm, check the temperature and do not consume it. Do not rely on their advice—it is dangerous and could lead to serious illness.

I’ve now reported French Click to the Food Standards Agency, as I’m genuinely concerned that someone could get seriously ill due to their poor packaging and reckless guidance.

I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

Magnificent Merguez. Wasn't so sure because the mobile version of the website looks dated and unprofessional. Took the risk and ordered 7 packets of merguez which arrived promptly and efficiently. I'd 100% recommend, 4 stars because the website looks untrustworthy.
