I waited just over 3 months for this jacket. All I can say is it was SO worth the wait. Everything is sealed watertight and you can tell the material and methods used to make the jacket are absolutely insane. I’d actually say this jacket is worth more than what I bought it for. The literal ONLY downside was the shipping time but all products are handmade and the company are working to reduce this by moving forward by selling items in drops rather than to pre order. I would 10000% buy from here again. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I ordered a tracksuit from Fried Skateboarding and, during the long wait, I honestly started to worry that I had been scammed. It took about six months to arrive, and I received multiple messages saying my order was submitted for delivery without anything actually happening for quite a while. In the end, I had to reach out myself to get more information.

That said, when the tracksuit finally arrived, I was genuinely impressed. The quality is very good, the fit is great, and overall I’m really happy with the product.

I do think there’s room for improvement when it comes to communication. I completely understand the challenges of running a small business (I’m in the process of starting one myself), but keeping customers informed is essential. Even something as simple as an honest update on Instagram would go a long way. People appreciate transparency, and it reflects well on the character of the company.

Die Lieferzeit war echt etwas nervig aber jede meiner mails wurde schnell und super freundlich beantwortet. Heute kam der hoodie an und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Mein Sohn liebt ihn auch, also alles in allem super. Ich werde wieder bestellen und mich einfach auf eine längere Lieferzeit vorbereiten. Vielen Dank und bis bald!

I ordered in December, and the stated delivery time for the pre-production was around 8 weeks. By now, I’ve been waiting for over 5 months. I’ve contacted the sellers multiple times; they stated delays in production. The delivery was electronically announced about a week ago, but it still hasn’t been handed over to DHL. I will wait a few more days, otherwise i will make a chargeback, to get my money back. And btw it was the official website not a fake one, just to clarify

Just got mine it’s not as heavy cotton as I thought its pretty light even is 30% polyester and the zipper is cheap as fack honestly. Also you can’t rock it without the balaclava also makes no sense that the hood is heavier than the whole hoodie. I am disappointed also took forever I ordered 15 Dezember 2025 it’s been over 4 month but gotta say it fits really good and looks good thought

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a jacket back in December and have now been waiting for over 3 months with no delivery.

There is barely any communication from this company. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and either get no response or completely useless replies. I also can’t properly track my package, so I have no idea where it even is.

This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from here. Save your money and go somewhere reliable instead.

I ordered their viral hoodie, when I found it on Insta. I just needed to have it. I first placed my order in the middle of January but I got it 3,5 months later…. I was afraid off being scammed, and often wanted updates from their team. But when I got it, it was totally worth the wait! Crazy good quality and size accurate. And I can’t forget about the design. Just a reminder to people who wants to order: Expect a long wait time not just the 8-9 weeks they say on their website:)

I was initially quite frustrated with how long the jacket took to arrive and reached out to the team multiple times during the wait. However, now that it’s here, I can honestly say it was worth it. The quality is amazing, it fits perfectly, and it’s a genuinely well-made jacket.

Although I wouldn’t choose to do a pre-order again due to the long wait, I would definitely order from you again based on the final product. I also want to apologise for my earlier frustration — I know I was quite annoyed at the time.

I ordered two jackets on December 13th. In the confirmation email, they stated that shipping would take around 4–9 weeks. It is now March 30th, and I still haven’t received anything.
I wrote several emails and always received the same generic responses. On February 11th, they replied that the order was in quality control and mentioned they were overwhelmed with orders. They also said that if it was not shipped by March 10th, I should contact support again, which I did.
As usual, the reply was slow. This time they said that customs had held the package, which made me wonder if the jackets are actually produced in China, and if so, why they are so expensive.
There has been a new excuse each time. At the very least, they could expand their team and respond to customer emails more promptly.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

The clothing itself is amazing. Really good quality fabric, well made, great cut and just overall looks really good. I'd 100% recommend the brand to anyone.
BUT.
The customer service isn't brilliant. I ordered mid November and received on 16th March. If communication had been better i wouldn't have minded so much.
Then, once it was despatched to my in the UK, I got a hefty £79 bill for customs duty and vat.
If this had been added in at point of sale I still would have bought it, but I think being a fairly new company its just something they haven't considered yet.

Just got my package to Luxembourg! They really ship all over the world. You just have to be patient! I waited 4 months but still happy because it was a preorder.

Ich habe am 1.12.2025 einen Balaclava Zip-Hoodie mit einer angegebenen Lieferzeit von 8-9 Wochen bestellt, während der Wartezeit wurde der Zipper im shop auf 6 Wochen Lieferzeit reduziert. Am Ende kam der Pullover nach mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme nach ca. 14 Wochen an, Qualität ist sehr gut, Stoff sehr geschmeidig. Lediglich der Reißverschluss könnte besser sein, wobei auch dieser seinen Zweck erfüllt. Am Ende 1 Stern Abzug für die Lange Lieferzeit.

Ordered december 16th, still no tracking and no infos on my order. We're currently 10 weeks after my order

I've ordered a hoodie on Nov 21st, a pre-order that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks... it's been 15 weeks/3 months now and i still haven't been sent a delivery code.
I've contacted the support twice and they always try to tell you "they're working on it" or "they're a small team" and "didn't expect that many orders".

Yeah well i didn't expect my boyfriends birthday gift to be shipped months late... honestly I'm quite done at this point.
I'd never order here again.

I pre ordered my two tracksuits middle of December, it’s stated when I pre ordered my tracksuits that it would take 6-8 weeks for my order to send to me. It’s now currently been 10 weeks and I’m now getting told it’s on its way. Not only that I’ve had to pay a £70 customs charge which I had no idea I was going to have to pay. Furious with the amount of money I gave these guys for 2 tracksuits and never mind the customs charge and uncertainty about receiving my order. Definitely not a company I would recommend to anyone!

I was worried at first because my order took longer than expected. After contacting FRIED Skateboarding’s customer service, they were attentive and provided all the details I needed. Delivery took time, but I’m satisfied with my product and their support.

I initially thought I had been scammed but despite the wait I'm really happy with the product.
There were some shipping delays and DHL lost the original package but another was sent shortly after this was investigated by the team at Fried.
The customer service responses were usually 5 days between emails but nevertheless the support was always helpful and reassuring so don't panic if they've not responded immediately, they're just busy!

The tracksuit is of good quality and tailored nicely. I love the look and feel of the garments.

Look forward to purchasing again in the future. Patience pays off in the end.

There were major shipping delays due to tariffs, this was my first time ordering with Fried so I was very worried. The team did a great job of reassuring me and my package finally arrived. The hoodie is so dope and I’m excited to give to my girlfriend for Christmas. Thank you guys!
