Good Will price tag
The flowers were beautiful and delivered timely which is important because they were for a birthday. But I was utterly embarresed when it was pointed out to me by the recepient that the vase had a Good Will stick on the bottom of it. (I am happy to send a pic but I do not see the option to do so here)

As of April 16th 2026,my daughter still has NOT received her Easter flowers! They were to be delivered on April 3rd. We contacted you about non delivery and you said they would be delivered on April 7. You must be sending them to the wrong address because my daughter still hasn't received them!!!! We gave up on them and we will not use you again and we tell others not to!!!

Flowers were lovely
Flowers were lovely; the vase with Easter eggs was very appropriate and fun for the holiday.
Delivery was on time and done with care. Easter day delivery was very special!

I ordered one thing and something else was sent.....the bouquet was very pretty but the flowers were all one color, yellow. What I ordered was was a multi-colored bouquet..........for $80 , I was disappointed

Bait and switch
The flowers were not at all as described in the photo in color or type of flower. I paid for the premium bouquet and was disappointed. I have used FTD in the past and was happy with the deliveries and was looking forward to sending my aunt a beautiful bouquet. Sadly, that did not transpire.

Disappointment
Flower arrangement was much smaller than advertised. Not happy… spent 65$ for a some greenery and 1-2 flowers. Won’t use FTD again.
