I am working with my taxes and I am receiving an excellent service.

Great experience. Simple and easy

so far they have done what they've said. although contact is minimal i'm guessing that is just due to the slow process. they have gone above and beyond as far as financial payments. they are expensive and i hope i get my money's worth. everyone i talk with there is always nice and very helpful, especially my case manager Yesenia.

Mr. Martin Vaughn has been doing a excellent job in my case.
He is always ready to answer my questions either by phone or email.

I'm until now, very satisfied with his service.

I have been working with Bridgley for over a year now and I have to say once Nadia Laverreda received my file my case begin to move extremely fast. Nadia has kept me apprised about my case she has been so patient and has been the biggest help ever. Their are so many good things I can say but the word that sticks out to me most is she is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! she has kept in touch I hear from her sometimes at 2-3 times per month with updates even if she has nothing to report she still calls and makes sure that all my documents are submitted on time. I have been making payments to Bridgley for almost a year and their have been times when I had to change my payment date and she has been the best! Thank you Bridgley for being such a great company to work with and you have the BEST working for you thanks to Nadia's efficiency and always there to help, patient, kind, empathetic and I can go on and one. Hard to give a comment on how well they were able to reduce our years owed, until they settled the case w/ the IRS. This is our first time using this type of service. Pray the outcome will be worth singing their praises to all who consider their services. I will be rating & doing another review once all settled.

I was skeptic to get into any form of business with any tax relief company, because I didn't believe what they advertise was true. I decided to go with Fidelity, I did my research on them, through reviews, testimony and Better Business Bureau. I did not regret the decision one day to go ahead with them. They work with me in making monthly installment to pay their fees. It took me awhile due to my finances but the end result is great. I give God thanks everyday and told my friends and I even gave a testimony in church. I would gladly refer my friends, families or anyone who is not able to pay off their tax debt to IRS

Can’t comment until case has been closed. Also first time using type of service. Lots of paperwork, documents involved. Case manager does contact client on case and gives updated information.
