We’re sorry to hear that the sweet and sour chicken didn’t meet your personal expectations. We understand your comments around the balance of flavour, sauce application, and the texture of the chicken — that’s not the standard we aim for, and it’s something we’ll be feeding back to our production team as we continue refining and improving our recipes.
