There were not enough screws
There were not enough screws. I spent £14 on buying screws and accessories. The stand looks amazing after days of assembling it with shortage of time and arrival time for the screws

So far not good, hoping for resolution
Others have given good reviews by my experience is poor. I have asked for a replacement for a table that arrived damaged but this seems to be being refused. A refund has been offered but that leaves me with no table. The company says the damage is minor. I am trying to resolve this and will change the review to good if the company does replace the table. If not I will update with photos to show how bad the damage is so that others do not have the same experience.

After carefully evaluating your order, we noted that the issue was reported approximately 15 days after delivery. Despite this, our support team promptly reviewed the matter and, in our initial response, offered multiple solutions, including either a partial discount or replacement of the affected part.
You initially requested a replacement part. As the table top consists of three separate sections and only one section showed a minor issue, we nevertheless agreed to replace the entire table top as a gesture of goodwill. To proceed, we requested photos of the original packaging.
Subsequently, you reported an additional minor issue located on the underside of the middle section. After carefully reviewing the images provided, no issues were identified with the remaining parts. However, to ensure your satisfaction and bring this matter to a positive resolution, our support team have already agreed to exchange the complete item.
To proceed with the exchange, we kindly ask that you provide the requested packaging images. Once these are received, we will be able to arrange the replacement as quickly as possible.
We remain committed to resolving this matter and appreciate your cooperation.
Poor after sales and quality of goods purchased
Bought a dressing table with lift up mirror. Eight months later the whole mirror collapsed and tore the entire back panel off. Design fault I presume as mirror is too heavy for the fittings provided. Anyway on reporting this to Furniture in Fashion I was advised it was wear and tear ( the usual aftersales we all have come to love ). Not accepting this, as only eight months old, they came back with an offer of replacing broken parts at cost price. Advised that I was not willing to throw any more money at the situation and wanted the replacement parts as courtesy. I never received any further correspondence but two days ago a back panel for the dressing table arrived at my door 🤷♀️ No other parts were supplied or any idea on how to fix the disaster in front of me so needles to say the dressing table has been skipped. Based on my experience, lack of customer care and aftersales , I would stay away from this company. The quality of goods and customer service is not recommendable in my experience.
With regard to Furniture in Fashions reponse to the above review I do not believe this reflects acceptable quality or durability, and describing it as simple “wear and tear” feels dismissive of the issue. While the replacement panel was eventually provided free of charge ( with no fixtures ), customers should reasonably expect furniture to last considerably longer without needing replacement parts or repairs.
Unfortunately, the experience has affected my confidence in both the product quality and the aftersales response.

After carefully evaluating the case, we noted that the issue was reported after approximately 9 months of use and was considered wear and tear by our warehouse assessment team. However, despite this timeframe, our dedicated aftersales team still arranged and supplied the required replacement part completely free of charge, with no delivery costs, in order to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We would also like to clarify that, after reviewing the images provided, our warehouse team dispatched the replacement back panel on 19 May 2026. An email confirmation was also sent to your registered email address with this update, and we kindly ask you to check your inbox as well as your junk/spam folder for our correspondence.
To resolve the issue, the damaged back panel needs to be removed and replaced with the newly supplied panel, following the assembly instructions. We will also resend the assembly sheet to your registered email address to assist with fitting the replacement part correctly.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we genuinely care about all of our customers. We are proud that many customers are happy with both our products and our aftersales support. We also believe it is important to note that, although the matter was reported after 9 months, the replacement part was still dispatched within 4–5 working days as a gesture of goodwill and support.

Absolutely brilliant response from the company when I came up with a problem when making up my furniture.
Quick email, replied promptly and either they would send a new part or I could just drill the hole through which was easily done and they offered me a 5% repayment for my inconvenience.
What a result.
Great company to deal with. I’ve bought quite a bit of stuff now and I will definitely order from them again
