Had a bit of a blip with the delivery time but it was resolved, the company went the extra mile to get it to us quickly.
The tables are made really well & very sturdy.

My grandparents bought a sofa from here…
My grandparents bought a sofa from here but the quality was awful and the fabric was loose. We took photos, videos, etc but the support team refused to help because they stated it was not considered a fault. They then wanted to charge £110 to come and collect the sofa without exchanging it/refunding.
Also, the sofa was delivered to them in 2-3 large boxes, which they disposed of because there was no space to store these. On the website it stipulates customers should return goods with the packaging ''if possible'', but this seemed to be an issue as well.

After carefully evaluating the order, we would like to confirm that this was a showroom purchase, and typically all showroom orders are handled directly by the showroom team. However, following your insistence, we stepped in to assist with your case. We requested images of the reported issues, and once received, these were forwarded to the supplier for assessment. The supplier has confirmed that the item does not have any manufacturing faults. We would also like to highlight that this supplier is one of our most trusted partners, and we have not received similar concerns from other customers who have purchased sofas from this range.
We understand that you are not satisfied with the product, and while we respect your perspective, this situation does not fall under a fault as per our policy. As previously communicated, we are able to arrange a collection; however, this would be subject to a collection fee. Additionally, items are required to be returned in their original packaging, as outlined in our terms and conditions. We appreciate that disposing of the packaging may have been due to space constraints, but this does make the return process more difficult.
We would also like to mention that we have provided clear explanations of the available resolutions in our previous responses. We note that you have continued to contact us regarding the same matter, and we kindly ask that you review our earlier replies. Should you wish to proceed, please respond to confirm how you would like to move forward within the options already provided.
We would like to reassure you that we have made every effort to resolve this matter in line with our terms and conditions. As such, we are unable to accept responsibility where a product is not faulty but is no longer wanted.

Utter garbage company and products. Parts missing out of box, contacted company and they didn’t want to know. (Although they will probably respond to this review saying otherwise.. don’t believe them). Stay away!
Update 1..
I did ask for a 10% discount on 2 occasions but no action was taken by yourselves. You ignored it. The 10% would not have covered the cost of the replacement parts anyway. I have the email I sent to you asking to initiate the discount. Please don’t lie.
Update 2.
The Email excuse is more nonsense. I accepted the discount offer on exactly the same email address as I ordered the item on.
Dreadful company. Bad customer service and products. Avoid!

After carefully reviewing your order, we can see that an issue was reported on 03/11/2025 at 16:27, at which time you requested compensation. We responded the same day offering a 10% discount as a gesture of goodwill, and a reminder was also sent on 04 November 2025. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from your side following these communications. As a result, we were unable to proceed further, as confirmation is required in order for us to implement any resolution.
We would like to reassure you that we always aim to resolve issues in line with our terms and conditions, and we make every effort to support our customers. However, we cannot be held responsible where we do not receive a reply, as this prevents us from taking the matter forward.
We would also like to add that the majority of our customers are satisfied with their purchases, our products, and the courier services we use.
That said, we would still welcome the opportunity to assist you. Please contact our after-sales team at support@furnitureinfashion.net, and our dedicated support team will be happy to review your case and work towards a resolution upon receiving further correspondence from you.
We have now received a reply from you with different email address, rather than the one registered with your order, confirming acceptance of the discount. As we did not receive any confirmation previously, we will now proceed to initiate the refund process.
