DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. SCAMMERS. Sadly as with most of these money for phones companies they quote you double what they actually pay you and make up something is broken. Better off flogging it yourself.

Very good experience

Postage instructions and process were very clear and easy to follow. Phone was tracked all the way. The agreed payment after receipt of the phone was made the same day. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Easy simple process

The process was straightforward and hassle-free, perfect for a first-time user. They offered the highest price compared to others, provided free home collection, kept me informed through email updates, and promptly transferred the funds.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing, following my phone being received and because I didn't fully understand that the phone was best sent to Gadget with 100% battery and only sent with 85% charge due to time, when it was recieved a few days later it has drop to 80% any they drop my offer by 50% which is just insulting. Not a company I would trust if I was you and if this is how there treat customers I would certianly not try and use them again! What a waste of time and to try and bully me into accepting a lower price.

Can't be faulted

Free delivery, prompt assessment and full amount paid into my bank account one day day the phone was assessed as working. Also offered more money than anyone else.
