Initially researched all similar sites and then sent unwanted tablet to GadgetReclaim. Fair price, prompt payment and easy to use website. Then purchased refurbished phone. All as described, delighted with my purchase and saved myself a fair bit too. Would recommend as communication was also first class.

Sold old mobile to GadgetReclaim. My fault was under the battery strength %. They then low balled me an offer of £23, £20 less than other providers. Gave me a 3 day ultimatum to either return the phone or the offer of £23 would be automatically accepted. Had to pay £5 for them to return my phone. Be careful with this company.

Brilliant, no catches and almost too easy! Was fully expecting money to be knocked off or it being difficult to get the money. But I got paid what was quoted, there was no quibbling and it was all very quick any easy. Will definitely be recommending.

The process was very quick and easy, from agreeing the price for my old phone to receiving payment only took a couple of days. Excellent service!

So I sent two IPhone SE2 phones worth £86 each, at the end of the contracts, both used limitedly, same age and in great condition. My wife’s phone passed with flying colours But my phone on a different order, bearing in mind I have a vocal disability had a battery defect? Apparently it needed to be at least 85% effective, but it only reached 84% so we can now only pay £46…If something looks like poo and smells like poo it’s normally poo…So for the privilege of not excepting the new value I paid £5 for them to return it. Anyway I send the phone to GiffGaff and surprise surprise it passed with flying colours and full value…Beware of this traders dirty trick!!! All my complaints where shut down with “it’s in the terms and conditions”
