Great service from Gadget Reclaim
Great service, sent my iPhone 11 64GB, received an email once Gadget Reclaim received it. Then 2 days later got the payment which was more than other platforms.

Really efficient service
Really efficient service. Good communication with updates on where I was in the process and what I can expect to happen next. And payment was super prompt when they'd confirmed everything was OK with the iPad. Really pleased. And I think they offered the best price too.

Best price, easy return and quick payment
Best price/valuation of my old iPad, easy return service (Royal Mail are even offering free home collections at the moment) and prompt payment. Whole process completed within a few days.

Job done!
A no-nonsense way to dispose of tech and get some cash in return. The whole process was very efficient - two and a half weeks from start to finish with no cost to myself for posting. All I had to do was package the item.

Really happy
Once they received my old iPad, I got the quoted trade-in value paid by bank transfer on the same day. Very happy.
The only slow bit was Royal Mail, who took nearly a week to get the package to them. Although I did like the collection from home service.

Easy instructions and quick payment
Easy to post given you can print the post label or post it directly in post office. I would have liked if GadgetReclaim send a something for packing my mobile but I am ok as I have my original mobile box. Quick payment as well.
