I was initially disappointed as the solicitor at GAD that we hoped to use had changed roles and if requested to do conveyancing work charged a big premium.
We instead took a chance instructing one of this solicitor’s peers at GAD.
As it was we needn’t have worried at all. Mr Orme was fantastic in handling our sale and purchases. Solicitors can be tricky to deal with but in this case, we were updated regularly and could pick up the phone and speak directly with the solicitor on the few occasion we needed to.
Can’t recommend GAD / R.Orme enough. We would use him again and would recommend to family and friends.

Excellent conveyencing on the sale of our home
Incompetent and unprofessional - GAD failed to settle the service charge arrears from the previous owner, despite repeatedly chasing and being passed from pillar to post inbetween long periods of with no responses this still isn't resolved, just the worst experience and is going to leave me thousands of pounds out of pocket.
