Simply will never be shopping here…
Simply will never be shopping here again. After buying a game I returned it for a refund due to unexpected boiler repair so I needed to prioritise my money. I returned the game with a receipt still sealed and its packaging unopened. This policy was never explained to me on purchase only once I’ve received my receipt then it’s too late. To be told I would not be offered the cash I paid for it but only points which doesn’t help my boiler repair. you cannot contact this company to discuss this this is the last time we will visit the shop
