GAME - Bristol Opiniões 5

Scam merchants. Went into their physical shop in Bristol, paid £50 for Epic Mickey naively believing it was value for money. Went home and found it for £10. Tried to return it but because I bought it in person, rather than not collecting it or ordering online I couldn't get a refund and was forced to get an exchange or credit notice. They do this so your forced to pay for other overpriced games and get scammed. The two women behind the counter, one with a piercing, were both very rude. Last time I buy from here, especially since customer service online is impossible to find. Crazy they find a loop hole in legal requirements of 14 day return.

I bought a month's subscription to Belong. The problem is that the PCs don't always connected to the games.
I started a game of League of Legends and the moment the game started, I got disconnected. The employee needed to find a new PC for me. This has happened every time I've tried to game. Apparently they are having the same issues with Fortnite.
It wouldn't be an issue, but you receive in game penalties for "leaving a game" when really you were just disconnected.
Please fix this, because the restof the experience I fantastic.

The guy in the shop was very good

I went to two different BEYOND by GAME locations and they were both incredible. The value for money to be able to get a month long pass for only £15 is insane even though I was only there for 4 days.

The main age range of people I saw coming in were probably around 8-15 with a few slightly older people coming through so there was a bit of childish screaming and tears (anyone who's played online CoD can harken back to their younger years and know what I'm on about) but otherwise very solid.

The gear you use is solid enough to play most games at a high FPS rate, the mice and keyboards are fairly run of the mill.
