I didn’t realise I was such an inconvenience
Truly appalling and the person that served me should be ashamed
I went into game to buy Clair Obscur:Expedition 33 in physical form
The second the employee turned up he was huffing and puffing and treated me as if I was a major inconvenience incredibly rude slamming the game down on the desk kicking the door to the side of the till he rolled his eyes at me when I asked if they had the new Indiana Jones game I’ve never experienced such a rudeness.
He also spoke to me with an aggressive tone as if I was the problem when all I wanted to do was buy a game
He was a relatively short bloke fair hair and glasses, and he has the most disgusting attitude problems and way of approaching customer service.
I understand that people have bad days but don’t take it out on the customers that are there to buy something from you that’s just childish and extremely immature
If any of you see this guy in game, Salisbury then stay away because you’re gonna get a terrible customer service experience
Never going back.
And it sucks because it’s my local

Salisbury branch. Appalling company that will sell you gift cards but not allow you to redeem them or refund them back to you. No one can help because there is apparently 'nothing' anyone can do. Joke of a company and trading standards have been informed
