This business is breaking federal law by telling me my service dog has to be leashed... Simply cause they have a dog on premises... Federal law states...
The service animal must be harnessed,
leashed, or tethered while in public places
"unless these devices interfere with the
service animal's work or the person's
disability prevents use of these devices."
In that case, the person must use voice,
signal, or other effective means to
maintain control of the animal.
If they can't handle a service dog that is under control and theirs isn't then they shouldn't bring their dog to their business... ADA law requires access for disabled individuals. They kept screaming it's their property they rent for one thing second does not matter if they owned their property. Then they told me to email them my paperwork again against the law. If your going to own a business KNOW the law.
