Nicola doesn't understand that Royal Mail are currently under immense pressure due to Covid and Christmas. She can have a refund for her missing parcel once we can confirm it is missing, which we can't at the moment due to the above issues. If only we could all live in magical fairy worlds like Nicola where nothing bad interrupts her wishes.
Edit: Surprise, her item turned up, as expected.

So impressed with the efficiency and the speed of delivery and also the quality of the toy I received.
Staff member I was emailing was so quick of the mark and keep me reassured
The toy I ordered for my son was with me in less than 3 days and I am going have one happy kid at Christmas.
Would definitely recommended games and cards to my family and work colleagues.

Amazing service! I messaged them to ask availability on a Draco Malfoy Nendoroid, they replied super quick and it arrived a few days later, perfectly packed! Would happily order from again!

Great customer service.
Went on website and purchased the wrong item a Marnie collection box, Gamesandcards uk gave me a refund and changed to the product I did want to Buy. With Great Customer Service. Then The product i did want to purchased came very quickly delivered especially during covid-19. Very Happy with the level of Customer Service...

Never heard of this company before…
Never heard of this company before placing an order for first time last week (Aug 2020) - everything superb. Delivery was quick and communication was spot on. Would definitely use them again. Highly Recommended. Am so pleased that I found them.
