I bought a game that never arrived. After four hours, I got a refund because they were out of keys. Selling something you don't have is really shady. Don't buy from here if you want to play the same day!

Premetto che ho acquistato solo una key di un titolo Tripla A. Questa è la mia esperienza.
Mi registro al sito ed acquisto questo codice, attratto dal prezzo competitivo. Mi arriva pochi minuti dopo una richiesta dal supporto di fornire un documento di identità, al limite con alcuni dati oscurati. Mi mostro titubante, ma poi lo preparo e lo invio.

A quel punto il supporto smette di rispondere, per diverse ore. Sollecito più volte, e comincio a spazientirmi poiché non solo la consegna non è istantanea né automatica e viene gestita manualmente, ma anche perché il sito parla di un tempo di consegna dai 5 minuti alle 2 ore, invece passa un intero pomeriggio.
Finalmente arriva la conferma della consegna del codice e ci sono le istruzioni per installarlo con una VPN tramite una estensione consigliata da loro, poiché diviene chiaro che comprano le key da vari paesi.
In conclusione, diventa un'esperienza leggermente frustrante rispetto ad altri siti di gaming keys.

No entregan la keys del juego y te piden mil emails con tu dni, selfies y escribir a mano el pedido.
Una estafa clara.

Ordered game for EU/Worldwide. When payment gone through I got an email from customer service telling me they’ve run out of EU/worldwide codes but that they could help me with a VPN code, which is obviously against the terms and conditions of whatever platform you’re using and risks getting banned and losing all your games. I had to get PayPal involved in order to get a refund.

When i had an issue with my game they didnt do anything to help me fix it, and when i asked for a refund they finally responded with instructions on how to fix my game, i told them a second time i wanted a refund and they still havent responded

Israeli company, refused to send my key unless I gave them government ID for a "fraud check". No other company has ever asked me for this. Avoid at all costs.

Um das Produkt zu erhalten, wurde ich aufgefordert ein Foto meines Personalausweises zur Verifzierung zu senden. Dennoch kam nach Stunden kein Produkt per Mail an. Auch auf meine Bitte, sich der Sache anzunehmen, wurde nicht reagiert.
Als ich per Paypal das Geld zurück bekommen habe, konnte man plötzlich sofort per Mail schreiben mit dem sinngemäßen Hinweis "dass man mir nicht helfen kann wenn ich Paypal Konfliktlösung heranziehe und sie [gaming dragons] nicht kontaktiere". Was ich ja gemacht habe!!

Changing browser dosnt even work

Product is legit, but awful setup. Took about 3hrs for my code to arrive, once it arrives you have to download a vpn to redeem the code (their free Bon services are outdated so I had to go get a free trial)

Overall it is a legit site, but it’s a lot of hassle to get your game, I would recommend buying from elsewhere.

Ich wollte mir einen Battlefield 6 Key kaufen und habe über Planetkey das günstigste Angebot bei GamingDragons angezeigt bekommen: 51,15 Euro. Nach dem Klick auf ‚Jetzt kaufen‘ wurde automatisch eine Buyer Protection für 3,65 Euro hinzugefügt. Selbst wenn man diese entfernt, kommen noch eine Service Fee von 3,10 Euro und eine Payment Fee von 4,65 Euro dazu. Am Ende landet man also nicht bei 51,15 Euro, sondern bei 58,89 Euro. Die zusätzlichen Gebühren sind einfach unnötig. Man sollte auf der Seite genau hinschauen, wofür man am Ende wirklich zahlt. Ich empfehle eher andere, seriösere Keyshops.

Achtung: Key war super schnell da, leider soll ich den Key über VPN aktivieren. Habe ich versucht und es hat nicht geklappt.

Erst habe ich meinen bestellten Steam-Code nicht erhalten, dann hat man nach langem Hinundher mit einen Gog-Galaxy-Account versucht unterzumogeln. Habe bei Paypal einen Fall aufgemacht und hoffe nun mein Geld wieder zu erhalten.
