I've just received my delivery from Garden Furniture 4U and i'm delighted. Website descriptions of the furniture were spot on, as was the help that Charlie gave me on the phone when i called. Delivery arrived on the day i was promised as well. Cant fault the service at all, and whats more the prices were among the lowest I could find.

I purchased a garden bench and the customer service was first class, personal and the item was delivered promptly. The experience from sale to delivery was excellent and I would recommend this company.

The staff were very helpful in identifying the best furniture that would fit in my garden. The prices were very competitive and delivery excellent. The showroom i visted had a an excellent range of stock and would recommend a visit.

Disgraceful company. I ordered expensive garden furniture 10 days ago, with delivery time advertised on the site as 3–5 working days. Whenever I logged on to check the progress of the order it said the order was processing. I emailed an enquiry and received no reply. I telephoned a week after placing the order and spoke to someone who is, I believe, the owner. He said that the delivery time is 5–7 working days, despite what the website says, and that I should check again this week. He didn't even ask for my order number to check when I suggested there may be a glitch. I should have pushed him as it made us feel a bi sceptical of the company. I rang again today to be told that the order had been cancelled as they had no stock. They made no attempt to communicate this to me whatsoever. They claim that an automated email was sent but none ever arrived. For something like this they really should have rung – they had my telephone number after all. I would strongly advise against dealing with this company.

What a helpful company. Very personable and gave me sound advice when choosing my garden furniture. Furthermore, they changed the delivery schedule to suit the best day for me. Prices are good too. I could not fault this company for effort or service.

What great customer service. I purchased a table and chairs, parasol and a gas patio heater over 3 years ago. Furniture has lasted well but I needed a few spares for the patio heater. Charlie couldn’t do enough to help get me the parts required. I would highly recommend . Customer service is above and beyond . Thanks

Beautiful Daro conservatory furniture bough from ConservatoryFurniture4You - it looks fantastic - and is really comfortable too. Whilst it took much longer than expected, the delivery team were so helpful getting everything through a narrow doorway. Well worth waiting for!
