Amazing cupping course with sue cross…
Amazing cupping course with sue cross at the light wellness centre today.. really lovely group of professionals all sharing ideas. Sue was really informative, approachable and experienced. I feel fully competent to go out and provide this treatment and feel like I really learnt a lot from the course.. the ambiance of the location was perfect for the style of the course :)

Reiki Seichem
I completed the Reiki Seichem training yesterday with Maxine Dubois and what a fantastic day we had! A lovely group, we all felt comfortable throughout the day and Maxine was an amazing tutor bringing that something extra to her teaching!
I do highly recommend and say go for it ✨

Warm Bamboo Massage Course.
Just completed my warm bamboo massage course with Amy Johnson and found her to be one of the best tutors I have ever met. The course material was very hands on and a great amount was covered on the day. If anyone is interested in doing a warm bamboo massage course this is the one to do .Highly Recommended !

Beth is truly an inspirational tutor and one of the kindest and most genuine trainers I have met throughout my learning journey. She was always patient, supportive and ready to help, taking the time to answer every question with clarity and care. Her explanations were always detailed and reassuring, which made me feel confident that I had chosen the right place to get qualified and the perfect tutor to guide me.
Thanks to Beth’s knowledge, encouragement and warmth, I now feel confident and fully prepared to put into practice everything she has taught me. I am so grateful for her dedication and passion, she has made this experience both meaningful and inspiring, and I feel very lucky to have been her student.

Meditation Teacher Course

· Perfect Structure: The day was well-balanced with a morning of engaging discussion and theory, followed by an afternoon of practical, hands-on action.
· Invaluable Resources: The manual is excellent, covering everything from a course overview to practical advice on insurance, products, and equipment.
· Supportive & Adaptable Teaching: Olivia guided us step-by-step but was fluid in her approach, enthusiastically encouraging us to adapt techniques and share our thoughts.

Brazilian wood therapy tutor Emma.
Brazilian wood therapy tutor Emma.. really enjoyed the course very informative tutor with answers to all questions which were asked. The course was paced just right and is a good add on to other massages I deliver.

I really loved this course
I really loved this course! A huge thank you to Beth Cook, the tutor and author of the course material, for making it such an enjoyable experience.
