Quick and stress-free money moving
This service really helped to reassure me about sending my house sale money from UK to NZ, so that we could be ready to offer on a house. I had a few reservations, but they even provided some legal feedback on a couple of the T&Cs to make sure I was fully informed before going ahead. Tested it with a small amount and then once it was all transferred, I paid very little fees once the cash landed in NZ. Much easier than multiple small transactions via a money transfer app. I would certainly recommend their service and use them again.

Orignal use was 1 yr ago. Representive didn't process the amount of monies sent correctly, sending to much for the final pymt for a purchase. Told him it was not correct and didn't follow thru at all. Saying the monies couldn't be recalled. Still a yr later no returned monies. Finally was able to get copies of monies and notary was able to send monies back to the account. She was very helpful. Jasmine

We are very sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience. We have done some investigation into your claims and we'd just like to clarify some things.
The representative you dealt with a year ago had left GC Partners 5 months prior to your solicitor getting in contact with us with the required funds. As soon as we were made aware we got in touch and, after some back and forth via email and phone to clarify amounts and provide proof of overpayment to the bank due to such a delay in us receiving your money from your solicitor, the funds were forwarded to you.
I hope this makes things clearer, your account manager is always here to help should you need them.
