Very happy with Gear4

Very happy with Gear4, currently have a Piccadily for my Galaxy S10+ and had some issues with the case. I contacted their support and they offered to send me a replacement case free of charge. I am very pleased with their quick reply and great help!

Whole screen got shattered from a silly, and slow, 30-inch fall

Purchased a gear4 cover for my iPhone because the sales guy at the Verizon store recommended it. I was standing on the street (not moving), holding the phone. Some unknown kid ran towards me and hit my arm, which caused the phone to fall by my foot. I measured it, it was a 30-inch fall. Whole screen got shattered! Their label of "10FT Drop Tested/ Military Standard" is a complete lie!!

Have only left one star to be able to review.
After two weeks I have sent 3 emails and have received no reply.
No phone number available to speak to them directly
Warranty claim being ignored.

Not as advertised

I purchased a gear 4 crystal case for my new iPhone XR based on the advertisements on the packaging. My phone fell 2 feet onto carpet and shattered. The company would only offer to replace the case. It was not damaged.

100% HAPPY - WILL NOT BUY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN

I recently bought an Oxford gear4 case and the front part of the case split after a few months, I emailed Gear4 and they responded withing minutes.
After getting a speedy reply i explained my situation and without question i got "not a problem sir i will have a replacement sent out straight away"
i got my new case a day later as promised, unfortunately i have had the same issue again so i emailed again and i got the same speedy reply and the same professional service as before, and i event got an upgrade to the leather case to try and stop it happening again.
I have been very happy with my experience with Gear4 and i cannot praise them enough for the efforts in keeping me happy as their customer.
In a world where people are are quick to complain i feel that we should also praise when things do go right and people are happy to help, Very happy indeed and would not hesitate to recommend friends to this site!!!!!
I dealt with Claire and Nicola who are fantastic at what they do, Gear4 you should be proud of your team!!!!!

Do not buy a gear4 case!!

Bought a case and have had to have it replaced twice and the clasp has broken again and I have contacted to make a claim under the lifetime guarantee and after sending at least 5 emails no contact at all. Shocking service.

Appalling customer communication. Takes ages to respond, but then with no information. A very strange approach to business given I only wanted to give them money for a product they market.

Poor value

I ordered the Victoria Palm Case for my s9. It took much longer than expected to get my case and customer service took so long to get back to me when I chased delivery. The case itself is pretty bulky around the edges, but has done the job of protecting the side and back of my phone. The sides of the case soon started to come away from the edges which means you can pull the side of the case away from the phone in several places and poke your finger through the other side. I very rarely take my phone out of my case but I think the moment I take the case off it will totally disintegrate. Quality of the product doesnt match up to the price. Worth a tenner.

low quality for price.

I love the look of the case and it has protected my phone from a few tumbles. One day I dropped it on its corner (which is protected by the case. And my entire screen cracked. I dropped it from hip height. I’m very disappointed in a $40 case that can’t protect my phone from this sort of fall.

Avoid

Ordered 2 phone cases only received 1 emailed loads of times to reply sent loads of messages no reply customer service is shocking will never buy from this company again please avoid at all cost

No case was received

No case was received, I contacted Oscar at Gear4 UK, who advised the item was out of stock with no due date. After the conversation with Oscar, a refund was carried out by him and I was advised it would take a few days to appear. I have checked paypal there after, no refund and that was on the 8th of March.

The cases that Gear4 sell are good, however the experience I have had with them directly has been very poor. I have email Nikola Kellas a few times with no response.

At this time I would suggest not using this company on line.

bad customer service!!

Shocking customer service been trying to get in contact for the last couple of days even messaged on Facebook and email and get no reply as I want to confirm if my order has been dispatched or what as I haven’t had no email or noting when I put the order in I wish I had looked at these reviews shocking that our money gets took but we get no customer service I have also contacted my bank who have advised me that I’ve to give yous 30 days if I’ve not had any contact or my case delivered then they will take action

No product, no help, nothing

Writing this review as it seems to be the only way to get a response. I ordered my phone case two weeks ago and I haven't received it yet. I've tried to contact multiple times and I've got nothing back. With customer service this bad I'm not expecting much from the product if it ever arrives. If you're thinking of purchasing one of the products, just dont.

I am so very disappointed and I so wish…

I am so very disappointed and I so wish I had read the reviews below before ordering and paying for my Samsung 9 case as clearly there is some kind of SCAM going on until you complain on this site. I have emails bounce back and no response to my concerns of non receipt of my case on the messaging area on the website. Disgusting and will be taking this up further if I do not receive my order.

Scam Scam Scam

Same thing as several people before have reported. Zero customer service and dubious prospects of ever receiving the item ordered. Item shows "processing" on your account via their online store for several days after purchase, only to be subsequently unable to see the item as they lock you out. Cannot log into the site or view the item as it says email/account does not exist. Tried
several support emails which get simply returned and even escalationn through PayPal and still not a peep!. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Lots of cases out there and I certainly wouldn't buy from these people.
