Delivery was good but it lacked on the communication side, i had no email with and order confirmation or any updates until I contacted directly. They were so nice once I actually spoke to them though and it was delivered well even with the royal mail strikes

Excellent company. Parcel well packed, items exactly as described and even put a couple of bonus bits in with my order (comic print and sweets). Definitely buying from them again!

Simple order process, gift arrived well packaged and unbroken. It would have been helpful to know that it had been despatched, just for peace of mind.

Very good store. You still get here Funkos which are already more difficult to get. My ordered Funkos were in a super condition. What is most important for collectors, they are packed super safe so that no damage can occur. Therefore, I can only give an absolute purchase recommendation.

The delivery guy came to the address to deliver the item today but they then asked for 18€ for custom taxes !!

I did not notice anywhere while making and finalising the purchase and paying £15 in international delivery to France that custom taxes would apply on top of that.. :(

If it's due to Brexit, you should make sure it is known when making a purchase on your website.

Giving a four as I found delivery slow considering I paid for the delivery - the t-shirt arrived after the event I wanted it for.

Item was delivered quickly, very well packaged, item was reasonably priced. Would rather pay a £1 or 2 more to help support a small business than buy from Amazon etc. They even put some freebies in too. 😁 Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again,

Pretty cheap for what I got, they added some pokemon stuff for free which was awesome and it showed up pretty quick for coming across the world👍👍 10/10

I never order internationally, but Geekvault was great! Packaged just good enough to be protected from the beating the shippers gave, and as a bonus included free pokemon cards I gave to the kids. Everyone's happy!

Legit products. Wish there was an email to say when somethings been posted but I'm happy I got my Tenya Iida funko.

Easy to use site, quick transaction and dispatch; quick delivery, well packaged, and as described.

Received after 5 days. Perfect condition, few extras for free. Very nice touch from them. Only downside is you don't receive updates or confirmation of the order just the payment. But with service like this who can complain.

Ordered a My Hero Academia bundle that was extremely hard to find over here. Great packaging, fast delivery and they threw in a few extras as well!

I had tried getting a rare pop vynal for my sons xmas present and could find it anywhere or they were massively overpriced. Step up Geek vault to save the day. They delivered the item in around a week and packaged perfectly. They also threw in some extras which made it even more lovely.

Waited about 8 days for a funko pop, no set delivery date either so ended up giving a gift a couple of days late. A lot of good things though, packaging was ace, the product is in perfect condition. Comes with Pokemon cards and stickers! Really happy with the end product, just wish I could set up a delivery date or get more updates on the whereabouts the package is. Will buy from geek vault again.
