All safes are covered by statutory consumer warranty in accordance with applicable regulations.
In case of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to free repair or replacement of the Product, at no additional cost. Where legally applicable, the Customer may request a price reduction or contract termination with a corresponding refund.
We are responsible for conformity defects that appear within 24 months from delivery. Claims may be exercised within 26 months from the delivery date.

Great Pre-Sales Customer Service!
I had many, many questions prior to my purchase. They answered all of my emails promptly and thoroughly plus with respect and courtesy. I have not yet had a chance to unbox and use my safe but if the quality of their product is anything like the quality of their pre-sales customer service, I will certainly be a very, very happy customer.
At this point, I would highly recommend them.
