Schoenen gekocht bij Gentleman-Shoe. Dit bedrijf misleid je met een foto van de schoenen die je niet geleverd krijgt, materiaal is plasticachtig en stinken naar de plastic. Het bedrijf geeft aan dat de schoenen uit hun eigen fabriek komen, maar het is wel toevallig dat TEMU diezelfde schoenen verkoopt. Daarvan zegt het bedrijf dat zij het bedrijf niet kennen. Kortom heel misleidend.

I ordered many pairs of shoes, they are of a very high quality and unique. Very comfortable and it is made of a very good quality leather. I will buy many more pair from them

my order looks great just like the advertised photo but what makes this order different to me is this is the first pair cloth shoes I've own . I still feel i made the right choice to buy.

My experience with Gentleman Shoes has been a good one. My recent order was long in arriving. I reached out to Gentleman Shoes, to find out why my order was delayed.

However, their records indicated the order was delivered weeks ago. I informed them that I did not receive the order. The agent at Gentleman Shoes assured me that they would find out what happened to my order and not to worry.

Through their investigation, they discovered that my order was delivered to the incorrect address. Then I was told not to worry, they will ship me another pair of shoes. They did ship me another pair, and I did receive them.

I must say, they were professional though out this entire time. Now days, it is rare to experience such top notch customer service like that. Their communications was superb, I think that’s what gave me confidence in their ability to resolve my issue.

I recently purchased a pair of Dan Anthony Black Leather Sandals from this online store (Order Number: GM2235). I ordered a size 11, which is one size larger than my usual size 10, just to be safe — but when the sandals arrived several weeks later, they were far too small and did not fit at all.
I contacted their customer service and sent them photos to explain the issue, only to discover several serious concerns:
• This is not a legitimate online retailer. The platform is based in China, and their customer service operates through a gmail.com address — a red flag for any reputable business.
• The person responding to emails was clearly not properly trained to handle customer complaints.
• They have no proper return or refund policy. If you read the fine print, you'll see that returns are either not accepted or you'll have to pay the return postage yourself — often making it pointless.
• In my case, they offered me a so-called “solution” where I could pay an additional $30 on top of the $89.93 USD I already spent to exchange the item, which I found completely unacceptable.
In the end, I was left with a pair of sandals I cannot wear and cannot return. I strongly advise others to avoid this website. Do not be tempted — it is not worth the risk.
I would never recommend this seller to anyone.
