There online delivery is terrible waited two weeks half the order arrived when I asked where the rest was I was told it was at there warehouse waiting to be dispatched two weeks later still nothing worst customer service ever last time I order from them

Great advise from Chris on beach fishing in Scotland. He recomended the best options for me explained the pros and cons . I bought a complete setup rod reel stand geer etc. Good products and great quality and value

I have been Sea fishing for nearly 40 years and needed some new tackle as the old stuff was getting tired, I noticed Gerrys when looking for some new reels for myself and my grandson, Gerrys were cosiderably cheaper than elsewhere for the same reel, also used their advice/help option and it was superb answered my question really quickly.
Looking forward to using the tackle i purchased.

Didn't realise the order delivery schedule when I checked out, an item needed to be ordered - totally my fault. The team was incredibly helpful and responsive, keeping me updated on the status of my order and even part shipped the items they had for me so I could get most my items in time for a trip I had planned.

Nice rod for light beach work. Advert on web implied the the rod was 11 foot long when it was actually 11 foot 9 inches. Still a good rod for the low price.

Absolutely shocking service ordered lures asked when they would arrive got told they would be 8-15days then after 18 days they told me they have no stock Absolutely shocking customer service won't be buying from gerrys fishing again

I try to support independent fishing tackle shops whenever I can but after my experience with Gerrys I'll never attempt to use them again.
I ordered a Fox trisleeve 4wks ago, I emailed for an update and eventhough Gerrys was 'excited" to dispatch my order I had to wait.
I couldn've ordered and received this item several times over but I waited.
I was disappointed after 4wks of waiting to receive an email saying I'd been refunded, no explanation!! When I checked online Gerrys are still offering this item for sale.
I don't know what Gerrys is like as a walk-in store but the online service is beyond poor!!

Great level of advice leading up to my purchase. Once I had decided online process was simple. Delivery was fast and products of the quality I expect. Great service guys.

I ordered a fishing suit. so far it has been to warm to use the whole suit but it looks and feels good. A mistake was made with the postage. I payed for 24hr and it was sent 48 hr. I rang them about this and they sorted it out quickley. The customer service is excellent.
