Waiting too long for dispatch and trying to contact them to hear multiple songs whilst waiting been on phone waiting for 29 minutes so far

Finally got a refund got them on eBay in the end

Not too impressed, i bought an item that in the advert on line was different to what i received.

Great tackle quality, good advice, friendly problem solving, will be my first go to for equipment time and time again.

order delivered on time and well packed. helpful staff, couldn't fault the service.

I have bought rods. lures .rig maker all well packaged. Arrived on time . A while back i ordered a vercelli continental rod holder . When it arrived I thought it was a bit heavy. When I opened it I was surprised to FIND 17 L R F RODS inside . When I notified them .they were happy to be told about their missing rods . They were picked up by a parcel company. And by way of thanks they refunded my purchase ! Win win for both parties. This was 2023. A great company 👍 I'm still ordering to this day

My rods came securely packaged in a strong cardboard tube, very good! My only issue was a lack of communication regarding the postage, this was a long process, I was considering contacting Gerrys to ask had this been overlooked.

Placed an order for a Daiwa rod. (This was my first order with Gerry's.) The rod was in stock and the price was very good. I was given a 'delivered by' date and the actual delivery was within that range. Not only that, the packaging that the rod came in was superb. I will definitely be ordering from Gerry's again.

Like the other 1 star reviews I ordered a rod which said it was in stock. After emailing I was told it would be 4-8 days delivery, waited nearly 2 weeks and still nothing.
Had to email a couple of time requesting to cancel my order, finally got a short reply saying it’s been cancelled. Looks like I had a lucky escape compared to other people. The set up looks professional but means nothing if you can’t supply the goods.

Gerrys fishing store has a brilliant selection of fishing equipment at really competitive prices.
The only thing negative i have to say is when ordering larger items it will say "in stock" but they have a warehouse in a different country and it can take a few weeks to be delivered to your address.
I ordered a waders and a belly boat, I had the waders in 4 days but the belly boat took 5 weeks as this had to come in from their warehouse first.
If you are ordering anything large I would advise to give them a ring or drop them an email first to find out if they have the item in their main store so you dont have to wait weeks on the item being delivered as this can be annoying if you are expecting it to be delivered within a week.
Their communication was excellent, every time I sent them an email they responded within a day and were totally clear on what was happening on their end.
I eventually got me bellyboat and I couldn't be more happy with it the quality of the item.
I will definitely be using Gerrys fishing in future for all my online fishing purchases.

Great service, fast delivery and kept up to date with emails etc. The bad bit is i bought a £550 Nytro 13m pole package that is pretty much a cheap floppy pole thats no better than my GoOutdoors cheap under £100 pole. Nothing to do with Gerrys but they will be getting a lot of returns selling this rubbish. I would return it if I could but it's not damaged etc so I doubt it. Great service from a buying point of view but avoid Nytro 13m poles. Cheap rubbish.

Called Gerry's Fishing as the item I wanted would not allow me to initially order it. Gentleman on phone was very helpful and realised that warehouse stock had not been released. Resolved issue and items arrived in 3 days. Superb service and always great prices. Can't praise them enough. Thank you Gerry's look forward to ordering from you again soon :)

To be able to obtain the T100 trakker brolly system with the extras was a must, it turned up earlier than expected which was a good thing, pleased with the service that Gerry's gave, will definitely use them again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Saw these advertised on Facebook great idea I thought when I looked only 1 set left, got them and delivery was cheap and quick. Can’t fault the product or Gerry’s.

Gerrys offer some good deals - but that is of no use if they fail to supply the goods. I ordered a rod with '8-15 day' delivery time that never arrived, nor did I receive any response to my email enquiries - until I cancelled the order. Ordered elsewhere and received it two days later! Lesson learned.

Had to split the order due to availability; they kept me informed and everything arrived as promised. clothing all correct to size and tackle excellent quality.

I ordered 4 korda polo shirts. I had to call up to check on the order after 2 weeks . I was informed that they would be sent out shortly. Only 2 arrived a week later. I was refunded but was not notified. Very disappointed as I wanted they for my France trip. Even though I did not get what was ordered they are still advertising them. Really unhappy.
