Shocking. Do not purchase from this company. They are SCAMMERS. They take your money and don’t send you anything and customer services do not exist. Please trust the 1*

I placed an order in August that never arrived. The courier confirmed it was returned to the company, but they refused to accept this and insisted everything was fine. I chased them multiple times with no clear help. They even fought the credit card dispute rather than resolving the issue. I only got progress after involving my card provider.

4 days ago I ordered & paid, sent my photos and ID straight away.Then complete silence from them Ive had no order confirmation nothing let alone receive an actual product, The only way i found my order number was by logging in, I've been under review for 5 days. I have emailed to query and got the standard reply, "we experiencing high volumes don’t repeatedly chase" ... word of advise maybe if you acknowledge things people wouldn't chase
No phone number to call to speak to anyone with regards to this!
I guess this is one time i have been scammed and i am not about to receive my pen! its not cheap when you’re paying for nothing to arrive. Shocking customer service .. AVOID

I ordered Mounjaro on Friday 30 May, and despite uploading all the requested ID images, I am getting daily emails being told that I need to upload my images before my medication will be released. I have reuploaded my photos THREE TIMES and keep getting an email the next day saying they can't release my medication until I've uploaded photos! I've emailed support twice, I called into a branch today to speak to someone, but so far no response and still more emails saying I need to upload images for ID verification. Someone needs to deal with this immediately or refund me in full!
