Time wasters
After the first booking they text to tell me they had no one available at the time I booked for.
They first told me no one was available and offered me a cleaner 4 hours after my original time requested, then afterwards I complained they used covid symptoms as the reason for the non availability, which is hard to believe as it was used after I complained.
Covid symptoms in winter is going to be very common .. maybe take tests like I do every week for work.

The cleaner we would have sent you unfortunately presented with Covid-19 symptoms which meant that we could not send her and put your health in jeopardy.
We take the health of our clients and cleaners very seriously, which is why we decided that instead of sending an ill cleaner, we would offer you another cleaner.
Since our availability was tight, you were offered an alternative time on the same day with a different cleaner and also an alternative date too. You refused both.
Again we are sorry for any inconveniences caused and hope you can understand our decision to not send an ill cleaner to your home.

Highly recommended!
GSC have been cleaning my 3 bedroom house in Forest Hill for a couple of years and their service has always been impeccable.
Not only do all of their cleaners do a great job (in my experience), the team in the office are super friendly and helpful, and have often gone out of their way to alter pre-agreed cleaning dates with a couple of days notice when I have requested it (thanks again guys!!). They also always respond to any (rare) issues quickly, politely and with minimum fuss.
The account system on their website is excellent, but they never use it to avoid communicating via text if that's what the customer requests.
Based on my experiences, I would have no hesitation in recommending them for a regular domestic cleaning job.

Very good service from the start. The agency was communicative and responsive. All the cleaners sent were trustworthy and did a high quality job that went beyond the specifications. I would use this agency again at my next home.

Poorly trained cleaners
I have been using the service for around a year. They started good, however once become comfortable with me as client start sending poorly trained cleaners.
They was working on 2 of my properties. First time I complained they refused to clean one of my property. Second time I complain they refused to clean my second property.
What is interesting, they think they are always right and client is always wrong, doesn’t matter what evidence you present. All poorly done jobs was fully charged and one even extra charged without any agreement. They simply collected money from account. Really don’t advise to use this service!

Please let us go ahead and clear up some misunderstandings in your review.
We only send cleaners to AirBnB locations who have AirBnB experience and are trained to execute even higher standards.
During your time with us, you had given us one AirBnB property and a personal property. After a few demands that were not expected from your part, we agreed together, in writing, that it would be best that you find someone else. We did not refuse to clean your personal property.
As for the other, AirBnB property, you let us know that you needed a booking for a specific date where we were fully booked. After letting you know this, you were the one to end our professional relationship, in writing. We did not refuse to clean your second property.
We try very hard to make sure that every client is pleased with their end results and our services, and we are very sorry to hear that you believe we have not tried hard enough.
As for the extra charge, please remember that we have your confirmation in writing to take the extra money out of your account, which we got before doing so. This extra charge was for an extra hour that the cleaner needed after your guests were unable to leave the property in an adequate state.
Hope this has made sense and that minor details have been remembered.

Very good & professional
Very good & professional! The cleaner is doing an amazing job and the agency is very good at managing cleaners.
With other agencies I always had issues with a cleaner not showing up - Get Set Clean organsies a substitute (if feasible) whereas other agencies just do nothing. Excellent so far!

Great cleaning company in London
Get Set Clean has been taking cared of my holiday renting cleaning apartment for a few months now and I couldn´t be happier. They send you pictures after every service, the communication with them is great and take action on any issue you may have.
