It's a fraudulent website. They're based out of the Philippines. Contact your credit card company immediately.

They didnt deliver the package, took the money and went silent. Its a fraud company

Never received gift basket or communication

Completely fake and fraudulent. Will take payment then go silent , then they will send email that package delivered when it is not. They will not provide any tracking number. Fraud website. Stay away. Wrong company address on website.

AVOID at all costs. Ordered 2 x corporate Christmas gifts to Israel. Neither arrived and the only reply I ever received was that the gift had been delivered but would not provide proof. I initiated a chargeback which they contested stating they do not issue refunds based on their terms and conditions. Fair enough had they actually sent the goods or provided the proof requested.

We have found out today we have won the chargeback through Mastercard and have been refunded 3 months after ordering.

Please do not order from these scammers

My gift disappeared. I sent an Email asking about it. And they responded "Our courier partner confirmed that the gift was delivered. We will launch investigation to locate the gift" No note was left or call was made to the recipient. I sent another email saying that even if they locate the gift it going to be ruined. What is gonna happen now? The answer was: "We are currently waiting for the response from our courier partner so that we are able to send a new gift" I waited a week and then I send my third email. Now almost a month after the gift was sent. Asking for my money back. And nothing. No answer. Do not make the same mistake as I did. Stay away from this company. My money is lost. But hopefully some of you will read this and change your mind about using them.

A waste of time and scam!
Almost 4weeks and still no delivery of goods ordered of over $171!
When emailing to ask for courier details to follow up you get no response!
Sent numerous emails and all that is said is the shipment has been sent!
Sent another follow up email with no response and no delivery to date!

Buyer beware, total scam. My international colleague never received the birthday gift now 3 weeks later after item was to be shipped in 1-3 working days from 8/16/24. The amount posted to my credit card was significantly more. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company via their online chat, web form, and email address and have received zero responses. I have disputed the charge.

Worst experience. Complete scam. Do not order from this company. My order was extremely expensive and never delivered. Customer service does not reply or help. It is a scam and a rip off. Worst experience ever. I have been charged a ridiculous amount of money to send a gift to my son and daughter in law for their anniversary which they never got. I repeatedly asked for help and got nothing. No delivery ever arrived and no refund was issued. I was completely ripped off.

This company charged my mother EUR 103,00 to buy a online a gift from Amazon that she could have done herself. Explaining: my mother bought me a basket for EUR 139,00 and they used her money to send my a box bought in Amazon for EUR 36,00. Now they are saying that what I received matches with the description, which is not true. The product description my mother bought was: Gift Content: Toast the night away with a premium vintage bottle of wine while eating delightful treats, snacks, tapas & crackers that go really well with the beverage in this deluxe gourmet wine country gift hamper. Suitable as surprise or corporate gift, send this gourmet gift basket to loved ones for any occasion!
And it was showing a beautiful picture of a basket with well arranged 13 products.
And I received a box (not a basket) with: Red wine Jumilla - 7 Iberitos pates - 3 packages Obando Artisan Picos
Although it was a nice birthday surprise I was very disappointed to know my mother got scammed by this company.
