The best diffusers I’ve bought, they keep their fragrance all the time and last for months. I’ve tried some really expensive brands which don’t last like these. Beautifully packaged, they make gorgeous gifts if you can bare to part with them.

I was charged £125 for a beautiful clock and when I got home it had a £99 sticker on it. My emails were ignored. very disappointed.

I placed an on order on the 28th December and still haven’t received a dispatch notification so no idea if I’m even going to receive my purchase.
I have emailed customer services to try and get an update on the whereabouts of my order but have had no response yet.
Never ordered from this website before so I can’t comment but just based on my experience so far it’s not filling me with confidence that my parcel is even going to turn up.

I would like to edit my review as I have now received my order, it would have been helpful to have a tracking number or calling card/delivery email notification, as I had to track it down to a neighbour.
The Reed diffuser smells lovely and came in a beautiful box, including a free gift bag would be lovely gift for somebody.

So disappointed in the plush heated foot massager with therapeutic vibration...my son gave me it at Christmas.
It's not suitable for use...it needs to be plugged into my phone charging plug so therefore I would need to use an extension cable.
As soon as it's switched on the noise from the vibration is not therapeutic and cannot be turned off.
I'm not sure if the whole thing would pass a safety check...has anyone in the shop tried it?

Got a diffuser as I present loved it so decided to send for another

Unfortunately the largest table in the nest is damaged, we have sent 2 emails with photos and left a voicemail for someone to get in touch, they are now arranging to replace the table
