Delivered within time and extremely well packaged however slightly disappointed in the scent or lack of coming from the diffuser. Had one previously and you only had to walk into the room and could smell it, this one struggling to smell any scent at all

Damp soft toys!!
The stuffed animals were just placed in a cardboard box without any protective cover - I.e. not being in a plastic bag to protect them!! The box must have gotten wet at some point as the stuffed animals were damp!! - not impressed at all!!

We don't use plastic as we are striving to be more environmentally friendly; if the boxes got wet that I can only assume they were either left out uncovered or some mishap has happened during transit. Inside the parcel was a ticket stating the item was discounted, yet I had paid full price for it. I found this embarrassing when I gifted it to my mum for mothers day. I have emailed the company and have still not had a reply

Misleading advertisement
Just been in and made a purchase at Chatham dockside store. terrible customer service and poor misleading advertisement which is beyond me. Two signs in middle of shop both above diffusers all diffusers advertised together and same cost. Advertisement above say exactly the same thing mix and match stating premium diffusers 8.99 or 6.99 if you order two. Get to till trying to be charged full price for both and I explained they are 6.99 for two young girl looks for advise from other lady tells me I am wrong it’s only on selected line which has to be the same. I enquired why both say exactly the same thing at same price and clearly state mix and match and this was all ok the same central stand. To again be told I’m wrong with they had to be all the same. I appaulled at the lack of common sense and there was no futher understanding just that’s how it is. So had one removed from order and left very swiftly. Always bought diffusers from here won’t bother returning now.

Hi Nathan - thank you for your review, though I am sorry to see it's contents. This store does have two separate offers running - one for mix and match between all the diffusers in white boxes, and one for mix and match between all the diffusers in coloured boxes. This should be clearly labelled, so I will talk to the store to make sure it is all clearly signposted and the white boxes are not mixed in with the the others to make sure this doesn't happen again. However as a good will gesture they could have honoured the offer this once for you and I can only apologise that it didn't happen. I really hope that hasn't put you off shopping with us completely. - Becci
