Service and product excellence
So pleased to have found an English company making pure wool blankets. The delivery was straightforward and the quality of the product superb. I paid 3 times the price for a grey check wool blanket from John Lewis last year and I think the quality of my Gilbert & Rose blankets is far superior. Can't recommend them highly enough.

A good shopping experience
A good shopping experience. The wool throw was exactly the same in the flesh as the picture on the website. Lovely quality. Only negative - I forgot how itchy pure wool is!

Excellent product at an excellent price. Only downside was communication re. delivery was not as stated as we did not receive texts regarding our order - neighbour delivered to us as we did not know it had been delivered there - otherwise would have been 5 stars
