I complained against a staff member CATH FROST after I received a Police visit for my last review of my experience at gittins McDonald wrexham!

This complaint has been IGNORED your member of staff Catherine has been told she Needs to answer questions in a SAFE place regarding parental responsibility of her child !

Any family advice that your firm could offer would be very greatly received as your staff member has child protection questions to answer and she works in a law firm so I would assume she's capable of answering these!

I also assume a law firm woud take complaints Very seriously about a member of there staff being violent towards me in your establishment !
So I will ask again,what is the complaint process at your solicitors please?

Beware, this is from absolutely honest experience.

They are absolutely dreadful as far as my conveyancing experience is concerned.

They are terrible at communication. There are many people that you deal with, causing problems.

They are slow in actions and communicating.

Most important, they are liars and thieves and bullies.

I'm taking action against these charlatans in every way that I can.......SRA for professional misconduct, Ombudsman for other many problems they have caused.

Absolutely disgusting firm of solicitors to deal with.

Any good reviews......I know not where they come from.

Avoid this company at all costs!

They fail to follow through on the instructions that they have been given. My elderly parents asked this company to take care of their lasting POA, yet after 12 months & having paid in excess of £1,000.00, they are still waiting for everything to be completed.

They are incompetent, they lie, they fail to acknowledge the complaint within the deadline of 10 working days & then lie about having received the complaint that was handed to them by hand.

They have two offices in Wrexham, both are as bad as one another, they have no care about their clients, avoid at all costs, this is an honest review.

We have now raised a complaint with the SRA.
