First PC, it was easy to set up, runs all the games I want to use and is fast and reliable

Great pc, no complaints with it at all. My only gripe is I paid for the express build, contacted them after a few days only to be told certain parts weren't in stock. It would've been nice to have told this when I placed the order. Delivery was smooth and fast once built and ready, no complaints there.
I'd definitely buy from them again.

As a happy previous customer on 15 September 25 I ordered a £2,970.98 PC system. Their carrier was unable to deliver to my door. On 06 October I received email confirming they had received the PC system safely back from their carrier and refund would be made with in 5 days. No refund received. Further email from them on 16 October that refund was being processed and could take 10 working days, nothing received, Company has failed to respond to my last 4 emails requesting my refund. It is now 05 November 2025 still no refund received.

Came as expected, brilliant machine provided with more additional cables than I could've even wanted to make customisation seamless. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a custom pc from Gladiator the service was great and everything was on time. Even calling the shop was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is our second PC from Gladiator and the last one, bought in 2017 is still going strong and has never missed a beat. Having a PC built by someone who really knows what they are doing makes a massive difference and the customer support was friendly and responsive at all times.

Firstly I have to say that the PC I received from Gladiator is great. It's quiet, it runs great and the performance is exactly what I'd hoped for. The issue I have is that the picture of the 'Stealth' PC on the website doesn't match what arrived. The photo has RGB memory and a 360mm RGB AIO liquid cooler with an RGB block on the processor. I received none RGB memory and an air cooler with an RGB fan attached to the processor. Admittedly, nowhere in the advert does it state RGB memory or a liquid cooler is included but it feels misleading to have those things in the pictures. I thought that was what I was getting.

This is our 3rd build from Gladiator PC, 1 for myself in March 2020 which I'm still using for gaming/streaming with honestly no major problems. A 2nd PC in the same year that was for my daughter and now a 3rd PC for my daughters 11th birthday next month. She got it the day it was delivered due to no hiding places and she did pick it anyway but she is loving it... So much faster and quieter than the previous one (which I now use as a duel PC).

Her games run so much smoother and I am jealous, she is able to do her homework on it with no problems as her previous build wouldn't run Minecraft education on it very well.

I honestly cant fault Gladiator PC and will continue to only buy from them.

I ordered a custom build PC configured from one of their stock lines. Very easy to use the website and configure the PC. Pricing is competitive and comms were really good keeping me up to date with the build. The PC was built very well and cabling is tidy and neat. Very happy and glad I chose Gladiator.

This is the second computer I have purchased from Gladiator PC, the first one being over eight years ago, of which is my current system and still running perfectly.
I decided the time was right however, to upgrade to a more powerful and updated system, so ordered a custom build for a second time from gladiator PC.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the build and service. The only issue encountered was due to the motherboard being out of stock, that in turn put the build out of the express service time, which was an added cost.
This however was rectified when contacted by customer services, specifically (Oliver Robinson) Who provided excellent communication with regards to this issue, gave a refund for the express build payment, along with a date of when the motherboard would be back in stock, and the build would commence.
To my surprised, the system ended up being completed before this date however, and was delivered sooner than expected. The computer was very carefully packed and safely delivered.
The build itself looks amazing, (Gareth) the technician who worked on the PC, did an excellent job. Wonderfully clean cable management and everything booted up perfectly first time. All customised components/extras selected for the build were present and have been working without fault for several weeks now.
One thing to note, Gladiator PC, seem to operate as (Punch Technologies Ltd) So some of the email correspondence came from them both, this wasn’t a problem however once I realised this.
I am extremely satisfied with the overall service and system from Gladiator PC, and would look forward to using them again in the future. I would also gladly recommend them to others and hope this review is of help.

The ordering went quite smoothly, but they gave me the incorrect delivery date, I only found this out because DPD, their carrier, said their driver was coming today, 3 days earlier and when no one was going to be in. I resolved this by asking DPD to put it in the garage, they did not and left a new PC on the garden path! Thankfully it didn't rain and a kind neighbour saw it and took it in safely, it could quite easily have been stolen. This is not all Gladiators fault, apart from them not seeming to know when the PC was going to be sent out. When the PC was finally received and turned on, Windows hadn't been activated. How did this get through their quality control? How did they test it? I have written to them several times and have not had an answer. I paid for a fully operating Windows 11 PC. This is not one!

Really good product I do suggest the colossus gaming pc of their website although I would have gave it a five stars only if the tracking was better and more up to date other. Then that great company and absolutely amazing machines produced

I ordered a custom built PC from them and found the whole process straight forward. The website is easy to use and navigate, they offer a wide range of components and the PC itself was competitively priced. The PC itself is well build and cable management is excellent (PC case has a glass side panel), everything is nice and tidy inside. I have been using the PC for about 2 weeks now and everything is OK, no issues at all.

I needed a new laptop as my old one was broke. We had a tower from here a while ago and it is great, and when we needed advice on a new monitor, they helped with that to, so we didn't hesitate to look for a new laptop from them. It is perfect, it has everything I need and I am very happy with it. I would recommend this company with no problem. I am happy to recommend their products to.

everything came and worked very well, took 3 times the promised time to arrive with only one update right at the start, I then had to call them to which they said I would be updated and still wasn't.

Sales staff and technical build advice is excellent. The website function to track build quotes is buggy, but usable. It will not generate a pdf quote document and doesn’t do any component compatibility checks if you are building a custom system and need that to help your decision making.

The technical sales team are very knowledgeable and able to accommodate unpublished customisation specification requirements.

The company communicates using 2 identities simultaneously (Gladiator and Punch Technology). I felt the need to verify the authenticity of both companies. Other people may not be bothered by being emailed by a different company about an order. Perhaps that’s just me that finds it odd.

Build time was good (but probably because of all the build tasks that were not done - see below) and within the contract lead time. I expected DPD courier delivery (I chose Gladiator in favour of another company because they claimed to use this reputable service). However my order was delivered by local contract, with no delivery tracking or delivery driver communication. This was explained by Gladiator to me as a requirement for pallet delivery orders due to their lack of trust in DPD to deliver high value items on pallet. I wasn’t convinced, and I would expect DPD to have an opinion about that.

When delivered the system was well packaged. On boot and first use, issues with build such as decisions by the builder to not connect all case front panel connectors to the motherboard were resolved by me, but dismissed as acceptable by the customer service team. Not brilliant.

Motherboard OEM software services were not pre-installed during build. Again, resolved by me and not seen as an issue by customer service.

AIO OEM software was not installed. Again, resolved by me and not seen as an issue by customer service.

The RTX5090 support bracket was not fitted by the builder. I didn’t raise this with customer service as I was now aware of the response to expect.

I am actually generally satisfied with the service, and got great value for money for the technical specification I needed. I would definitely order from Gladiator again, knowing that I would likely need to do much of the software build required after a first build POST. These machines are not built with love, but to ship fast. If you are comfortable with that, then you’re going to be very happy.

If you are investing serious money in a custom system and have reasonable PC build and hardware configuration competence then definitely consider Gladiator, but my advice is to establish explicitly the extent to which the hardware you order will be configured and tested with the necessary OEM software.

If Gladiator took just a little more care in the software build, and not just ship systems that meet their bare minimum configuration standards then they would be an exceptional service.

Excellent company, the computer build is clearly done by people who care about the work they do. The system itself is working flawlessly, I am really happy with my purchase and would use them again.

Great speed in building and shipping the PC (I did choose express option but still)
