Have ordered from these guys 3 times and every time the order has been screwed up 1st order I got leaky bongs 2nd order they packed 2 bottles of cleaning fluid on their side one atop the other so the bottom one burst in transit and soaked the whole package and this time 5 days after order placed they cancel it

Was ordering from the website & an old image had free shipping & even though it was old the guys at support honoured it anyway.

Update: ordered yesterday b4 11am & its sitting here in my lounge room just over 24hrs later! Couldn be happier.

Great range of products, but every Order made has something missing, poor communication, sold items out of stock and refunded incorrectly. I’ll be moving my buisness elsewhere. Feeing very let down after a few orders.

Best bong shop i have ever used!
Every order has came 3 days or before. They use aramax couriers so the packages are always mint and never broken like Australian post.
The point and coupon system is great. Love this store

they left out an item and were a little bit slow with customer service, for a second i thought i was scammed or going to be ignored but they got back to me and made it right. good store

DONT GO NEAR THIS SELLER THEY PURPOSELY SENT ME ENDLESS EMAILS NON ‘DISCRETE AND * I HAD CONTACTED THEM BEFORE PURCHASING TO ‘MAKE SURE ID GET NO EMAILS CONTAINING WORD ‘bong’ and they ‘poured on the emails as parting shot to a loyal customer

Choose carefully. There's no refund on vaporizers even if it's unused. I feel it's crappy practice. Even if the vape is sealed and unopened they won't accept any refunds under any circumstances. 🗑
