My first order with Glasstops. Ordered two sealed window units and a custom mirror via the easy to use and clear website. All items arrived on the date requested and were of high quality. Unfortunately, one window unit had shattered in transit - emailed Glasstops to advise and a replacement was soon made and delivered; no hassle, no stress, no fuss. Excellent customer service.

Was looking for a piece of glass for the top of a rattan foot stool to make into a small table.
Checked the website which was easy to follow. Ordering was simple - just put in the size of glass with any specific requirements you need. Easy.
Pricing was very good along with delivery - you're given a delivery date when ordering.
Packaging of the glass pane in a wooden frame was excellent.
Can't fault the service.

Terrible company asked for a item made to exact spec online couldn't order as oversize then called can't take order on phone then emailed finally ordered arrived 4mm to big took months for them to collect and now they won't remake or refund pig headed poor customer service full of lies of to court we go !!!

Ordered a replacement full height, sealed glass unit for a UPVC door. It came on the day requested and was extremely well packed. Fitted same with no problems.

Used these guys three times now. Made two tables using their glass and also just had a glass protector for an outside cabinet delivered. No drama with any of these purchases. Am currently make a long side table and they've been very helpful and responsive. I am just waiting for a sample before deciding which glass to use from them.

Ordered a top for dining table. I noticed comments about stamped british safety mark on glass, which I didn't really want, but is a legal obligation. They couldn't have been more helpful in advising and sorting it out. Glass with me in about a week. Quality looks perfect.

I ordered a double glazed unit window to replace a faulty one. First time I have used this company. The window arrived on time to my exact specifications and was well packed and secure. The drive arrived on time as stated and was polite and helpful. I will use this company again in future. Thanks

I ordered 4 pieces of glasstops for my Bang & Olufsen cabinets. Ordering process fine, delivery fine, packaging great. However one piece of glass has a very noticeable British safety marking along the edge of it. Other 3 no unwanted markings on them.
Contacted Johnathan Clare at Glasstops UK asking for a refund or a replacement. He said they could not issue a refund or replacement as it is a 3rd company that stamps the glass as it has been through a toughening process. After several emails I got absolutely nowhere.
So if you get a saftey stamp on your table top glass that is unsightly tough luck as they have no control over their 3rd party. Very disappointed to say the least. No goodwill gesture nothing. I was going to have my kitchen covered entirely with Splashbacks but will use a competitor due to complete lack of customer service.

Glasstops were fantastic from start to finish. I was delighted with the price & to be honest I did not shop around after I saw their Truspilot feedback & those of their competitors. The ordering process was so easy & guided you clearly through the measurement part. The website is so easy to use & being an amateur, this was great. Selected my preferred delivery date which I really liked. Their communications were excellent throughout. Wondered how such a delicate package would be delivered & packaged. I need not have worried. The packaging was absolutely first class. It could have been dropped from a height & it would have survived. There were even instructions on how to open the wooden box. Really, really good. I fitted the double glazed unit & I'm delighted with the quality & look. Would definitely use Glastops again. Nice to see a company who go the extra mile on quality, service & packaging. Thank you.

I ordered a glass top for an oak dressing table.
They did really well with the accuracy and craftsmanship, right through to packaging and delivery.
We’d requested corners with 3mm radius, which seems fussy on such a long piece of glass but it looks perfect.
The polished edges and rounded corners are a really nice touch. Really pleased with it.

I had 2 blown double glazed windows in my house with condensation inside. I’m not a tradesman and my DIY skills are limited. Anyway, after watching videos online I found out how to remove the beading and the windows to measure them. Ordering was very straight forward, the windows arrived extremely well packaged and left in a safe place, as per the instructions on the website. They are fantastic and fit perfectly, can’t fault the company at all and saved me a fortune. They are so much better than the glass they replaced, thanks!

Fab service and great product. We wanted a glass top for an oval coffee table, called up and received excellent advice on how to create a template. Top has just arrived, on time, very well packaged and it fits! very pleased.

I have ordered a few sealed units from this firm. I have had no issues the units have arrived very well packaged on time and of very good quality.

Great product, well package but they use an awful delivery company. Delivery came in multiple parts and not on the date specified at point of order. After repeated communication they still could not tell me when my goods would arrive.

Great double glazed unit with fantastic delivery and well protected. Comms 2nd to none. I will be back in the future.

I only leave reviews if I find flawless or terrible service that makes it worth the effort. Glass tops certainly were. For a fairly small company it seems the website was more than up to the job and worked seamlessly. Ordered two samples which both came quickly and as requested. Final glass top came expertly packed, exactly as described, perfect size and exactly when it was supposed to. It even came with excellent guidance on opening the wooden packaging. Delivery company they use (tuffnals) were spot on as well.

Very happy with an order for a replacement double glazing unit and was notified at all stages of order which arrived on time. The unit was well packaged and instructions for how to take out of packaging were included. Overall a high quality product and service.
