Helpful, friendly and really productive support
Emma Shale was really friendly, helpful, and productive throughout the session. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood the best way to use the system for my workflow. I came away with a much better understanding of the platform and some really useful practical steps to move forward. Really appreciate her support and would definitely recommend working with her.

Glenigan training review
Ciaran was fantastic with showing me how all the Glenigan features work, showing me how filter my search for specific features, how to add custom notifications and receive reports and much more
He was full of energy and banter and was an overall great experience so thank you again Ciaran for showing me how to do everything

Training with Emma Shale
I just had a great training session with Emma. She was very knowledgeable and was able to show me tips and tricks on things I knew a bit about. Then she went through in detail, elements I needed to understand better. She was also super patient when I had to take a call from a customer :)
She was brilliant, looking forward to my catch up session in a few weeks.

Such an easy to use platform , I have used others before and they are so confusing and not user friendly. This is straight forward and easy to use.

What really stood out was his approach—keeping the training focused rather than overwhelming, and sharing some genuinely useful tips on how to engage with contacts effectively.

Great Experience!
When starting in a new role, with a lot of new systems and processes to learn, it can be overwhelming.
However, Emma Shale, took the time out of her day to host a personal training session with myself over teams to run me through the system and show me how to get the best out of it for my specific role! Made it much easier to understand how to use the system and how to make it work for my needs! Thank you Emma!

Project information is somewhat mediocre and inaccurate. Outdated information and lacks company contact levels below senior management level.
