My church orders flowers for the ladies for Mother's Day every year and the flowers are always delivered on-time and in great condition. The women love them!

Cancelled half of my order the day before it was supposed to ship, and then when I got the half it was entirely wrong. When I contacted customer service they said they couldn’t do anything.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Global Rose order. I spent over $120 on roses expecting them to look like the photos advertised online, but they arrived severely dehydrated, damaged, and literally falling apart. They looked wilted and lifeless right out of the box.
I bought these for a graduation photo session, an important milestone, and I wasn’t even able to use them because of how bad they looked. It was honestly embarrassing and very frustrating.
I reached out to their customer service via email, but instead of taking accountability, it felt like they were trying to excuse the poor quality. Even worse, they did not offer a refund or a replacement, which is completely unacceptable given the condition of the product.
I’ve ordered flowers from other companies before, and they have never arrived like this—so this is not normal. Between the poor quality and lack of customer service, I would not recommend Global Rose to anyone.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with GlobalRose after spending approximately $1,500 on flowers for my wedding on May 2.
While some flowers arrived acceptable, several of the calla lilies and other arrangements arrived with brown petals and discoloration that did not resemble the photos advertised online. My decorator was uncomfortable using some of the flowers because of their appearance, which was extremely disappointing for such an important occasion.
What made the experience more frustrating was the inconsistency in customer service. GlobalRose acknowledged the quality concerns enough to issue a refund for one order (less expensive), yet denied consideration for the companion order delivered just one day apart, citing policy timelines despite both orders being part of the same wedding purchase.
After researching further, I discovered multiple online complaints from other customers describing similar issues involving discolored or poor-quality flowers. Unfortunately, my experience appears to align with those concerns.
I understand companies have policies, but I believe customer service should also include fairness, consistency, and good-faith consideration—especially for milestone events like weddings.
I appreciate the partial resolution that was provided, but overall I was disappointed by both the flower quality and the handling of the situation afterward.

This is the second year to order carnations for the mothers at church. Received them on the day that I requested. They were all fresh and alive.

Buyer beware. You will NOT recieve your order on the delivery date. The company notified me less than 24 hours prior to my scheduled delivery. I informed them that late delivery would not work. There ONLY solution is there company policy is that they can and do deliver late. Why even schedule a delivery date if you cannot fulfill. There is no phone number to talk to anyone. Your only option is to is chat or email. However this company is only the middle man as per the information that they sent me. Stating they just forward the customer information to Columbia to drop ship your order and they have no control over delivery. Furthermore they specifically lock out the electronic signature so you cannot pre sign for your order. To date my order has still not been received. Per email interaction I was told that I would be refunded if not delivered by a certain date and time. That came and went with no delivery, then they all of a sudden said they were mistaken and that late deliveries were okay under there company policy. No refund and no order ever delivered. This company will take your money then hide under small text “company policy”.

We ordered Mother's Day flowers for all of our associates and expected great things. When we received them, a lot of them had mold and a lot of them had black petals. Very disappointing as this is what we are portraying that mother's day means to us.

Ordered for Friday delivery. They were shipped Tuesday and tracking is saying they won’t be here until Monday—almost a week after they were shipped and 3 days after they were due to be here. They won’t be here in time for my event. I requested a refund but I’m not optimistic. Thankfully I paid with a fantastic credit card so if I don’t receive a prompt response and refund I will do a chargeback.

"Next-Day Delivery" Arrived Day Late - No Refund

Ordered "next-day delivery" flowers for my wife's birthday (April 28). Paid $167.99. Flowers arrived April 29 - a full day late.
When I requested a refund since the "next-day delivery" wasn't next-day, Global Rose cited fine print allowing 1-day delays. How can you advertise "next-day delivery" but then excuse day-late delivery?
The occasion was ruined. Birthday flowers arriving the day after the birthday have zero value. Customer service was polite but completely inflexible, even when the product name itself contradicts their policy.
Avoid for time-sensitive occasions. Their "next-day delivery" apparently means "maybe next-day, maybe the day after."

This company has the WORST customer service. They will answer back emails but will give you an unsatisfactory answer. I would NOT recommend using this company because if something goes wrong, under NO circumstances will they make any attempts to correct the situation. When I asked to speak with a manger (via email) they ignored me. No phone number works for this company. And when it finally did- it says mailbox is full. They never offered ANY compensation to rectify the situation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE- SCAM ARTIST!!

DO not I repeat Do not buy from this site .the roses came damage and they ask me to send pictures and claiming they had send me an e-mail but it never reach my inbox .
I would do it if they are local but in my case it is just not worth to order from some one so far away and for fact the product will be damage .
