Faultless service
Glowzone came to disconnect and later reconnect our gas supply while we were having a new front door fitted, they arrived on site in good time to disconnect the gas before the work started and when it was completed came round within the hour to reinstate. The service received was top notch from calling to enquire through to completion. Would recommend.

Professional and friendly service
I've used Glowzone twice in the last few weeks, once for a boiler issue and today for a problem with my shower. Both times the office staff responded to my callback requests very quickly and were able to send someone out the same day, and the engineers fixed my boiler/shower quickly and efficiently, as well as taking the time to explain what the issue was and how they had fixed it. Great, professional, and friendly service from everyone.

UNRELIABLE SERVICE
Had an appointment booked today between 10am & 12pm. Engineer did not show or call. Waste of my time and therefore would not recommend to others. Unreliable service.
