This company utilises all the residential parking within several miles of their garages, it’s become ridiculous - every single space for residents is taken up by their old bangers, their loading trucks (with cars on!), vans, etc etc. We can’t seem to do anything about it and GMW just ignore requests to desist.
Don’t trust them with your vehicle.

Brought my second car from them and honestly had the best experience. The staff were very helpful and helped me decide which one to go for as I needed a 7 seater. The car was fully serviced and ready within 2 days as promised.

Purchased a Volkswagen Golf from gmmotoringworld. The sales person was amazing, explained everything in detail and dealt with the sale in a very professional manner. Will definitely buy from them again.

Avoid at all cost do not even go there,bought car in april 2500,leaks all over the place ,evidence left behind tools of theres in boot ,bought when weather had been dry soon as weather turned leaks all over the place ,trims missing were they had bodged leaks so issue had be known to them ,they deny when asking for there help ,reported tk trading standards ,this branch needs closing down there dodgy cars will end up causing someone an accident ,brakes come on when traveling ,very suspect team of people ,scams loopholes

I went to view an Audi A1 and when arriving the exterior of the car was absolutely fine just like the photos. However, when looking inside the car there was mould absolutely everywhere, the car was completely damp on the inside and the latch to open the bonet was missing. Nothing like the photos used to advertise!

Absolutely disgusting, payed £4500 for a car and it failed MOT a week after purchasing the car. They have given me no help/ guidance with the car and have said it’s my problem. very unprofessional. This will not be the end of this!

I just want to add which I forgot to write in my previous advert. There's lots of fake reviews on here quoting "amazing delivery" this garage dont even offer delivery we asked. please don't be fooled!!!!

AVOID!!!! I bought a car off this dealership, after purchasing the vehicle, I wasn’t able to pick the vehicle up for a further two weeks, as they kept saying it wasn’t ready.

They sold me a car with an active safety recall (timing belt needed replacement) and within three weeks of owning the car, the whole engine collapsed and I was left with an £8,500 bill.

There was also £350 worth of bodywork damage that was not mentioned in the advertisement, the car was leaking water due to this fault. The images were taken at certain angles so you couldn’t see the damage in the advertisement photos. The front bumper was out of place, which affected the door placement and the window shield wasn’t placed properly, causing the leak.

Took over two months to get my money back - Zopa the finance company paid me the money I was owed back, not this garage. AVOID. Very dodgy dealership.

Very unprofessional. Came to look at a Yaris. Wheels were scruffed had no satnav and tried to negotiate the price . The owner was very cheeky. Staff don’t know the specs of the car and we were ready to buy a car, did not offer any alternatives and just left us to leave. Would never recommend

Looking for advice:
We bought a car from a garage two months ago. Just found out the radiator is out of place, which clearly suggests it’s had a front-end impact. I called the garage yesterday and they initially agreed to sort it out. called my so. back to say they won’t cover the repair after all , check it under warranty (which they won’t cover all of )
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? What are my options here? I actually recorded the conversation as I knew they would back track ,please DO Not USE this company

I drove over three hours after doing thorough research on two Dacias listed by this company. I checked the MOT history, photos, and listings, and everything appeared to be in order. However, what we found upon arrival was shocking.

First, we were handed two broken keys — completely different from the ones shown in the photos, and they barely worked. The condition of the cars was appalling. The interiors were filthy: human hair, fingernails, grime-coated seats, and even old food left in the glove box. These vehicles were not just dirty — they were unhygienic.

Both cars were also covered in scratches and scuffs that had been poorly covered up — none of which were disclosed or visible in the photos. Thankfully, my dad is a mechanic and brought a fault scanner with him. He scanned both cars and found over seven faults each, many of which were serious safety issues. These vehicles are absolutely not roadworthy.

To top it off, the whole operation was unprofessional. We were told to park on double yellow lines, and the staff seemed completely unbothered by the state of the vehicles or the false advertising.

This company should not be allowed to operate. They’re putting lives at risk by selling unsafe cars and completely misleading customers. Do not waste your time or money here.

My son bought a car from these people and we’ve had nothing but trouble with it. They tell you your new vehicle will be freshly serviced and mot’d which is rubbish and they lie about everything.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are conmen.

I'm a pensioner who stupidly trusted these cowboys. Just discovered they basically sold me a cut and shut. Also bought my granddaughters car at the same time and that has also been in a bad accident. Would not trust this place at all

If I could give zero starts I would.

Rang ahead regarding a vehicle wasn't advised to place any deposits on the car as they would be here when I arrived for cash purchase.

Damages to vehicle wasn't highlighted clearly in the photograph and where the damage is put was angled in such a way you'd need to zoom in to find and view the damage.

Upon arriving seeing further vehicles with sale signs in the but clearly damaged areas with bumpers hanging off, over spray from painted area.

The seller goes well what do you expect for your budget and what do you want us to do highlight the photos and say damaged here etc.

He said what do you want us to do with regards to painting cars I said inform customers especially if you've got clear over spray and he said we aren't obligated to tell or inform customers or these faults and issues.

What do you expect? An honest decent garage to be clear and transparent.

To then suddenly have sold the car by a deposit on a vehicle.

There is writing over the rear headlights for a scrap yard which you've obviously replaced and not been clear with customers.

I'd avoid and not waste your time.
