I rang and arrange to view the car. I spoke to Ed one of the salesmen who was very helpful. When I went to look at the car he wasn't pushy he left me to look around the car. He was honest about a small scratch on the bumper which he said they would fix before I picked the car up. The put a fresh mot on it and serviced it. Everything was straight forward and Ed was really friendly and easy to communicate with.

Upon my arrival at GMZ, I was warmly welcomed by a sales professional who readily accommodated my request to browse the available inventory without any undue pressure. I was granted unrestricted access to vehicle keys, allowing me to inspect any car at my convenience. I ultimately identified a suitable vehicle and completed the necessary paperwork for an unaccompanied test drive. I was highly impressed with the car's specifications and overall condition, a sentiment that extended to most vehicles within the dealership. A mutually agreeable transaction was reached, and I departed with a pristine 2015 Audi A6, exceeding my satisfaction. I commend the dealership without reservation.

Had a great experience with this company. They were very helpful in answering my questions regarding a car i was looking into mainly about if the audi car had its timing belt and pump replacement. They were helpful in giving me a discount price if i wish to get the items replaced and there was no evidence in it being changed.

Matteo was very helpful with much of the business side of the deal regarding my part exchange and was able to hagle a deal.

Visited GMZ on the off chance of finding a vehicle suitable to my needs. Needed a family car. Customer service was exceptional Ed couldn't have been more helpful allowing us to just wander around at our leisure no heavy sales pitch. Eventually decided on an audi at a very good price. Ed arranged a full mot and sorted a full valet. On receiving the car it was in top condition inside and out. I would recommend GMZ to anyone

Recently bought a car from GMZ Motors and overall I was really happy with the experience.

Ed was really helpful and answered all the questions I had before I made the journey over, including a few things I wanted to check on the car when I there. He was easy to deal with, not pushy at all, and made the whole thing straightforward.

The rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the visit nice and relaxed.

The car itself was as described in the advert. I was able to have a proper look around it and take it out for a good test drive without feeling rushed or distracted.

They were open and straightforward throughout the process, making the whole thing a lot easier.

Would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a used car and a decent buying experience.

2nd time using GMZ service centre for an interim service, 1st time was for MOT and full service a year after purchasing the vehicle from them, 2nd purchase of a vehicle from them.
As expected, customer service was exceptional, booked in for 9am, vehicle was taken straight onto the ramps and service completed with the hour.
Excellent price compared to others and would recommend to anyone looking to either purchase a car or just keep the maintenance up to date without issue.

Bought a used BMW 435d in May from GMZ Motors. Probably one of the best experience I've had from a car dealership. Absolutely no pressure selling, allowed to test drive alone with no pressure and no strict timeline.

Buying process was very smooth and was handed over the following week with fresh MOT and the minor details it needed which were identified on the test drive.

A month on the only issue I've had with the vehicle was the ageing battery preventing start/stop working for longer than 30s and the car switching itself off when only on battery listening to music after a few minutes. Called the dealership service centre explaining, who agreed to replace the battery under warranty. Even allowed me to get the battery tested locally, and then reimbursed for the supply and fit of the new battery so I didn't have to make a 2 hour round trip to their centre.

I've had some very bad dealings with dealerships in the past and car buying in general so it's a relief to have such a good experience - they were very patient with me.

Just bought a car yesterday from GMZ, from the moment we walked in greeted by polite friendly staff, made to feel very welcome and at ease. James and Matteo, were extremely helpful, making the whole car buying experience enjoyable. Nice to buy a car WITHOUT pressure from a salesperson, from accommodating us as we had the kids with us to the, time taken to go through the paperwork so as the customer you know everything is. From start to finish this was a pleasant car buying experience, we picked up our car three weeks ago and it was well presented, serviced and MOT'd, we're a high milage family as we've three kids in seperate special schools so within this 3 week time frame the vehicle racked up some miles, we noticed a clutch judder so asked the dealer for assistance, the Aftercare was amazing.... car was booked in, loan car provided and they put a new clutch and flywheel in the car without any quibble whatsoever, the wheel bearing was an MOT advisory so they replaced that too, 2 day turn around time and our new car is absolutely faultless, the stock they have onsite is of a really high standard, you can tell the vehicles are hand picked for resale rather than just buying anything from the auctions and hoping for the best like other dealers do, communication is phenomenal, ive not had to contact them once bar booking the car in !

All told... ive bought 7 used cars in the past 8 years and this experience has topped the lot !! By a good mile aswell
