Let down lettings
I had a really bad experience with Carol from the Eastleigh estate agents. She cancelled our viewing 2 hours before when she had plenty of time to give us more notice, she had no idea what was going on and gave the impression she couldn’t care less and I could of booked somewhere else and not wasted my time. She didn’t even sound bothered on the phone. Very unprofessional service and I will not be using again!

Worst letting agents ever
Goadsby is the worst in terms of the way they treat people. The whole trauma they subject me to is beyond words, and I won't go the details of it. Let's just say that it lasted a whole 8 months of endless communication with them getting them to allow me to terminate my contract, return my deposit etc etc. And in all these communications, they were distasteful, disrespectful, offensive, unprofessional. So much that they even accidentally copied me on email replies amongst other colleagues where they were being spiteful, even condescending about me. Avoid them!
