I’ve been with GoBritanya for almost 3 years, and my experience has been great from start to finish. The team has always been friendly, responsive, and supportive whenever I needed help. I would never book through GoBritanya…
I booked a Premium Gold room, but when I arrived the room was in an unacceptable condition. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned, the backsplash, cabinets and countertops were sticky and dirty, the bathroom had a terrible odor and visible mold, and later I also discovered a leak underneath the toilet.
GoBritanya claimed the room had been cleaned before my arrival, but the condition clearly showed otherwise. The only reason I had somewhere to stay on my first night was because the residence staff stepped in and gave me a temporary room after they couldn’t reach GoBritanya. The residence was incredibly helpful.
Because of this situation, I had to move all of my belongings twice, wasting valuable time and causing unnecessary stress. Instead of enjoying the start of my stay in London, I spent the first 3–4 days dealing with accommodation issues, communicating with the agency, moving rooms, and waiting for maintenance and cleaning.
However all these issues were sorted and arranged quickly and Onun my booking agent was extremely helpful. He made sure to take accountability for the bad experience and after all turned it into a better one.
