Their bellam gavvalu have too much of jagry and not crispy enough. And their venna undalu savory ones are tasty less. And I am sure their mango jelly has given me daieria. Problem is shipping . Thir shippung process is vsgue they use fedex and documentatiin is improper so package gets stuck and wanders in frdex ststem for ages i have shipoed packeges from dusacart and another oersinally shipped few days after this is shipped they csme normally .

Not shure its fedex or their documentation the shipoing procesd is exremly long . Once ordered sftet 2 days they shiooed it fedex picked then one day waiting in hyd then ti banglore then 2 days waiting there then to dbsi 1 day waiting there tgen ti paris since 3 days its waiting there

The food quality was very disappointing.

Regi Vadiyalu – I came across dust while eating.
Nuvvula Chekkalu – There were lumps of chili powder, and it had no taste at all.
Chakkinalu– This snack is from Telangana. If you don’t know how to make it properly, please don’t include it on the menu and disappoint customers. I ordered 500g, but it was sent as two 250g packets. One packet was acceptable, but the other did not resemble Chakkinalu at all.
Mamidi Thandra – This was good.

Overall, I regret ordering from Godavari Vantillu. It feels like my money was wasted.

I have got the shipment delivered in 5 days after ordering very resposible service will order more.

Ordered few sweets and snacks to Canada on January 29th 2026. Received order on Feb 9th. Shipping time is good, but the food containers inside are smashed because they are squeezed so tightly. Apart from this, food doesn't taste and smell pleasent at all. We elders and kids feel bad with throat over the night after having these snacks. Question is, what kind of ingredients are used? Is the food prepared freshly? What kind of oils are used to prepare these? All-Purpose floor(Maida) is used heavily, which is not at all healthy. Our order has been prepared and shipped from Siddipet, Hyderabad. Food doesn't taste Godavari style at all. Spent over 21k INR for this order, total waste of money, NO, total waste of food.

Ordered with excitement, but got hit with surprise customs fees I wasn’t charged at checkout. No warning, no guidance, just extra costs after the fact. Very frustrating and misleading—needs much better transparency.

Fake website and scam. They charge money and show as order placed in their site. The order is never delivered but the Dhelivery will show as delivered.

They never responded to concerns. Don’t buy from them.

My experience with this pickle brand was great. My family really enjoyed it. I am planning to buy it again.

This website is fraud I have placed an order worth 1550 and got it delivered to my home address. They sent us the tracking Id and said within 3 to 5 business days it will be delivered . While checking the tracking link it shows it has been delivered but it’s never delivered to my address not we receive call.

I tried reaching out to them they are not answering the calls. It’s completely fraud I will take them to consumer court
