We bought a fatbike for my sons birthday and the delivery was set to the weekend of his birthday.
Unfortunately the order was late and we wanted to cancel and contacted customers service before we recieved the bike. They replied that it had already been sent so cancellation was impossible.
We informed that we would probably return the order and finally did so 4 days after we received the bike.
The answer from Them was that it is very expenssive to return such a heavy item.
We had already considered that and wanted to return it anyway no matter the cost of the return,
The bike is still in the package and have not even been opened.
They still to this day refuse to let us return it, so we want to warn other customers about this matter.

Bike bestellt mit 3 - 4 Tagen Lieferzeit. 10 Tage später wurde immer noch nichts verschickt. Auf Anfragen wird nicht reagiert. Scheint Scam zu sein.
Nachtrag: Bike wurde nach ca. 2 Wochen versendet und kam heile in Deutschland an.
Anscheinend versucht man hier Bewertungen zu pushen. Kunden aus Nl bewerten die deutsche Webseite eines niederländischen Unternehmens, die haben einen niederländischen Shop mit .NL, die Holländer kaufen sicher nicht auf der .de Webseite.

They show a "Trustscore 4.9/5" banner on their website, but that is obviously not true.
